I have paid 899 for one Sweatshirt on 3rd January and still not received any damn thing till this date.No one reply on email.

Fraud brand, fraud people, fraud website. Please don't purchase any item.

Fraud Company , No response to emails , No phone number . Pls avoid such sites for online shopping

I can't believe they allow these to advertise on Instagram and Tiktok I usually verify before buying online but stupidly did not, Don't give these scammers any money you won't get it back

What to do next??

I had ordered two items from 'theurbanfit' online website on 3 January 2026. The ordered item numbers are #23403 and # 23396.
It has been communicated through a SMS by theurbanfit that the transaction of two items has not been completed yet the transaction has been completed then the amount paid by me will be credited to my account within 4-5 business days.
I have been communicating with them via E-mails but they are not responding. The amount of rupees 1798.20 has been debited from my account on the same day e.g., 3rd January 2026. Now more than 9 days has been passed they are not crediting my paid amount into my account.I think urbanfit is totally fraudulent website and all the fraudsters are associated with such fraudulent so called theurbanfit company 🤬

Urbanfit brand A Very Disappointing Experience

I had a very bad experience with Urbanfit. I made a payment for their product sherpa jacket but the order was never delivered. After taking my money, the company stopped responding. I tried contacting them multiple times through email, as theirs no other way of contacting them but received no resolution or refund.

Based on my experience, Urbanfit appears highly unprofessional and unreliable. Taking payment and failing to deliver the promised product is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before placing any order with this company.

I hope this review helps others avoid the same situation I went through.

Urban Fit is a totally fraudulent website(theurbanfit.in). I ordered a Western Tribal Sherpa Jacket with Order No. 15400 on 6 December 2025, paying ₹899. Till today, I have not received the product.

After waiting for more than a month, I raised a complaint with them, but there has been no response at all. They have neither delivered the product nor refunded my money. The website is full of false promises, including easy returns, customer support, and guaranteed delivery — all of which are fake.

This looks like a planned scam, where they assume most people will not complain for a small amount. Even if only 10 out of 100 people complain, they refund a few and ignore the rest, continuing to scam more customers.

I am also planning to file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Department, and I strongly encourage everyone who has been cheated to do the same. Even if the amount is small, we should not ignore such frauds. If more people complain, these scammers can be stopped and held accountable.

Please do NOT buy anything from Urban Fit. Save your money and don’t fall for their fake offers.

Raise a CYBER FRAUD complaint in your state through tele call. Share the screenshot of the transaction. All his bank accounts would be freezed including their partners.

Scammers. Do not order anything.

100% Scammer and cheater. I order jacket and received old used baby cloth! I write several email to them for refund / replacement, but no response. No address, no mobile number to contact them. Only email id from which never get response. They keep changing name from urban fit to urban style to scam people.

Its a fraud website. Its been 15 days I have been following up with them for my order no response. I have sent them 3 mails yet no response.

Same Scammm!! Received Torn old cloths instead of the product. Report to cybercrimes.

I ordered on 14 th dec still not received my order i have sent 10 emails no reply no contact number mentioned..
