Urban Spaceman Storage Avis

Cheap, easy and a wonderful team, boxes are very large for such a small price, would use again

Really well structured experience , explained all details clearly and no extra charges

Really friendly team. When requested to deliver the boxes after a certain time they were happy to fullfil that request.
Good cheap prices

Fantastic customer support from Gill and Dean (based in Wales) who delivered my packages all the way from Surrey with extra care. I highly recommend their services as they are trustworthy (been using their service for four years) and decently priced. Will definitely use their service again if I have a chance to! Thank you so much!

Really great experience with this company. Replies are always so fast and helpful !

I was attended by Dean and his colleague in Swansea area, and got a fantastic service. My items were picked up and delivered with care, just exactly where I needed it them. Great and efficient experience and strongly recommended.

Very helpful abd efficient.

They were incredibly helpful! Kind, efficient, capable, and quick. I felt so relieved to have the patient support and appreciate their approach to storage. Affordable and useful!

Really fast and easy, the delivery driver Dean was incredibly nice, even though I wasn't able to pick up the phone first time he delivered. He was still patient. The website was incredibly useful to navigate. But, the email sent for payment being in spam folder was a little bit of a trouble but that is all.

Martin and the team are fantastic. I got the boxes on time. Everything was arranged in one day. The staff was really nice. I would recommend 100%.

Very good service, reliable and trustworthy

Great company, boxes arrived on time, large enough to take all my daughter’s belongings into storage for September x pick up great x would recommend this company for all your storage solutions x look forward to delivery hassle free in September x

Very helpful and efficient

Service is great, driver arrived early and promised time after receiving his call.

I recently used their services in Brighton, the team was very helpful.

Although the company hadn't provided the estimated arrival time, the driver would call before 10 mins and arrived on time, carefully packed and loaded my belongings into their truck. Their customer service team also replied my emails instantly. The price is also fair, so the overall experience is great.

Jackie was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with booking my daughter’s university move/storage in Cardiff from 1st year accommodation to 2nd

Urban Spaceman Storage are amazing! I have used them for many years now. They are super efficient and friendly. Always happy to accommodate when I have required quick/ last minute access to my boxes. Recently I needed to purchase a number of cardboard boxes, Urban Spaceman Storage responded within minutes of my email and within a couple of hours they had delivered the boxes to my home address… and this was a Friday afternoon, thank you!!! Very happy customer and would definitely recommend this company for all your storage needs!
