I'm only giving one star because I can't give none. Do not use this company. They will take your money but they won't send your goods and they won't communicate. Utter thieves and I am confused how they are able to continue to advertise on ANY platform.

Utter trash scammers - thieves basically who take your money and spend it on a fake online shop. No products, no service. They should be shut down and arrested

Cant even give this load of scammers a star rating. Appalling, don't respond to emails, don't send goods, but take your money, cannot understand why FB, and any other advertising platform allow them to continue.
They need closing down.

My delivery bin in transit with 17tracker for 2 months. Says it’s at lhr a month ago and Liverpool Heathrow is a hour drive from me. So it’s now bin 4 weeks after landing and it’s still in transit. Not replying to any of my emails apart from a email asking if I can leave a good review and a picture of it.

No order recieved and ignored my emails they are thieves that steel your money and don’t send the items

The sandals I received took weeks to arrive, they look cheap and look like they will last 2 minutes wear. I have emailed them numerous times asking how I go about returning them for a refund and no response. That’s £30 down the drain, do yourself a favour and do not order anything from this company, it’s all cheap rubbish!

Sandals delivered fine (I read these reviews after purchasing and didn’t even expect them to arrive) but the quality is so poor I’m just going to donate them. No cushioned heel as promised and the fit is awful. Soles too thin and don’t think they’d last long at all. Stick with your Birkenstocks!

I ordered sandals after seeing them on Instagram .... then I read the reviews and was super sceptical and didn't expect to receive them. However, to my surprise I received them. And whilst they are not Birkenstock Standard, they also weren't Birkenstock price! The footed is super soft as they claim on the advert, but the straps are a little uncomfortable. Hopefully by the time I have worm them a few times they will be ok.
Quality is ok... but I would probably pay the extra for Birkenstocks... they are 'OK' though. Can't complain as I actually received them which compared to a lot of others... I am very lucky

Ordered a pair of sandals on 24th June. Confirmation emai received and nothing since.... their "tracking" tab never updates. I've emailed then 3 times and messaged them through their website woth zero response. I get the feeling I won't be seeing the sandals or my £27 again 😕 lesson learnt not to order from an Instagram advert. Very annoyed but won't make the same mistake again.

I received my order.hoodie quality very poor. I sent the email for return or cancel the item. But company didn't respond it.

I thought it was a UK company, but it is not. I have not received the goods I ordered, and when I contacted customer service by email, I think I was told they would replace the item, (the english was rather poor) ……… weeks later I am still waiting.

I ordered from this company on 26/4/24 still not received goods! Have tried to contact company direct. Received zero response! Do not buy from them

WARNING. Buying a pressure showerhead online.

Several weeks ago we bought a pressure shower head online, satisfied by all the 5* reviews on the 'Urdreamlife' site.

Since installing said showerhead we have had to replace two electric showers due to the fact that the heating element within the shower burnt out. Resulting in no hot water. After some head scratching, our plumber worked out the problem. The showerhead has a 'stop button' incorporated in the handle. When used it stops the water mid flow, which causes the water to be held in the heating element, while you soap down. Just enough time for the water to overheat and burn out the heating element.

This would have been bad enough if this was in our bathroom but it was installed in one of our guest rooms of our B&B. Yup, paying customers forced into a cold shower. Not good for business.

It would be interesting to know if this has happened to others.

If you're tempted to buy a high pressure showerhead because without one your water pressure is not that good, think again.

Also, if you try to review this product through their website, guess what, you can't. On starting to review you're forced to upload a picture or video of said item before you can write anything. Then once your photo/video has uploaded after an inordernate delay, you can't progress onto the next page as you just get a whirligig whizzing around in the centre of your screen. Plus, emails are ignored.

Please, save yourselves the hassle, avoid like the plague. I just wish I could upload a photo of the offending item but be sure to check it hasn't got a mid flow stop button.

Part of the order I purchased was missing from the delivery and despite 2 emails to customer services to advise, no-one has responded or acknowledged my email.

Beware order never arrived no queries answered no refund shocking and the product is on Amazon for way less

This was ordered mid April, the company has taken my money on 29th but I have still not received the item. I have contacted the company and to say they are bad is an understatement, I have requested a refund, three times only to be told item has now been sent and will be 10 days.
AVOID this company

If I could give 0 as a review I would. I ordered this around 3 weeks ago they took the money from my bank but as yet I've received no goods that I have paid for....I have emailed them several days ago but have had no reply so needless to say I won't be using thus company again and I'm looking into how I can report this.

I ordered the air fryer book in March, sent numerous emails to them and not one response I just want a refund now - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
