I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a 2024 World Cup Advent Calendar ready for Christmas for my 6 year old son. The characters look absolutely nothing like what is advertised on the website and nothing like the players (I'm guessing) they represent. I am so disappointed for my son. Scamming people is unacceptable but knowingly scamming kids at Christmas is beyond belief. AVOID! Complaint submitted but hold out little hope of a refund.

If I could give 0 I would, don’t buy from these people, scam company , pretending to be a uk company, they are china, take your order on what you think is a uk site, send you an item delivered tracker, no item arrived, then pretend to send another with a tracking company that anybody can upload onto with fake details , no item arrives again, stay well clear, nothing but scammers

Order the Christmas tree advent lego of Facebook on the 4 of November and after 4 weeks the item hasn't arrived, no tracking given and after a lot of emailing I finally managed to get a refund back, avoid this company

Ordered an item from instagram. Got my confirmation email and nothing further. Emailed the company 2 weeks later for information on item - no reply. My web security blocks the website. Am currently raising a dispute through paypal.

I wish I read reviews before ordering and paying from this company, i spent quite alot of money ,I have'nt heard from them and still awaiting updates. Very disappointed as these were Christmas gifts for my 4 adult kids

No response to 3 emails and filling in form on site. No updates on delivery since I paid. Absolutely disgusting spent a lot of money too.

Horrific site I wish I had seen reviews. Should be taken down. Scammers, purchase from shein wait for the delivery before posting to you whilst adding in an extra £15! IMPOSSIBLE to contact them they never respond. Unbelievable companies like this still going.

Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing item (a calendar as a present for a friend). I requested cancellation of the order after purchasing as I noticed the item selling for £2.00 on Temu at which point I realised it would be rubbish. Completely ignored multiple emails amd the item eventually arrived anyway. Poor quality and very poor English used, spelling errors, words that aren't words etc. Again, company ignoring multiple emails to refund this item.

Haven’t received order, cannot track order on the website or link under confirmed purchase when I log in to the website. Really wanted this book to help my daughter communicate her emotions, should of read reviews because this wasn’t the cheapest option & images looked good

I recently purchased two books. the I want to hear your story for Mum and Dad. The Dad one was fine however the Mum one was a real piece of work to say the least.
There were so many spelling mistakes and errors it beggars belief. I have written to the company three times and they still have yet to respond in a period of 3-4 weeks. This is totally unprofessional, rude and out of order especially as the item is not fit for purpose as i have explained to them. If I could have given zero stars this would have been better as they dont deserve one star. I now have to make up my own folder/book to leave for my children which is not quite the same. total waste of money with this one.

Total garbage. What they send is not what they advertise. Send an awful cheap version instead. Complete con.

Absolutely shocking product. I paid £32.00 for a Gnome Christmas Advent Calendar it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. The packaging was slightly damaged and partly open so I took the opportunity to look inside ….. Unbelievable there were only 3 gnomes and there should have been 24! ( as advertised) …. And the rest of the advent was filled with small cheap plastic toys which were NOT shown as part of the product on sale …….. I then saw the same product on Amazon for £9.99!! I am so glad I did not gift it to my grandaughter. Absoloute rubbish, the worst purchase I have ever made in my life!

They sell cheap copies for the original price. No communication at all. I wish I could report them, hoping that they will be taken down.

Terrible quality of item received. State to email them to facilitate a return but they never reply to emails. Very very frustrating. £20 for an unusable item is bad on so many levels.

Bought an advent calendar Christmas Vacation. Took a month to come after getting Paypal to fight them for me. I received it but such a scam you can buy this on Temu. For £8!! I paid £29.99 plus post. I’m beyond upset
