I placed an order with this company on the 5th December still nothing has arrived, I have sent three emails with no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a speaker 14/12/24 it still hasn’t arrived, 06/01/25.
Sent 3 emails with no response.
This is a company I would avoid at all costs.
The customer service is appalling.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Ordered a Christmas present from Facebook advert in mid November.
No confirmation emails.
Chased up via PayPal the week before Christmas, received an email of delivery confirmation yesterday (5th Jan). Nothing received.
Escalating through PayPal.

Ordered 2 Bluetooth shower speakers in mid Nov 24. Just Had an email stating at 13.04 today 5 1 25 that they had been divered. No goods and no o e came to my door. CCTV has Co firmed this. To add insult to injury I had to pay an extra £4.99 via PayPal to the post office because although they had taken postage, they didn't pay. THIS IS THEFT! Lesson to learn here is always check reviews before buying online, I wish I had!

Goods took a while to arrive and I had to chase. I did get a response and the goods did arrive but a little too late for Christmas. If you're expecting frills then you'll be disappointed - it is supplied in a simple and dull brown cardboard box containing a screen, the pens and two wipes. There's no pictures, instructions... just the items in a cardboard box. I was going to gift it but I'm not sure now.

Ordered 24th November and received an email saying it was delivered on 14th December. I have not received the goods. I have emailed three times. No response to any email. Total scam.

Ordered two books and when received they were a terrible standard.
Tried to return but no one got back to me after multiple times trying to contact.
I have not been able to obtain a refund.
Do not trust.

Ordered placed on the 14th December and paid for. No sign of my delivery, having e mailed twice and heard nothing back! Now at the 24th December

Ordered and cancelled before my confirmation came through, I received an automated message. 1 week later I emailed again to cancel and check on my refund. Over a week later I receive an email saying it’s been shipped, a week later I’m still without my product that is so much cheaper everywhere else. No contact number to call. Disgusting service. Do not recommend. Feels like a scan

Wish i could give zero stars! And wish id read the reviews before ordering!
Ordered the shower speaker on 08/12/2024 and still waiting for it. Emailed twice and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Im going to try and get a refund through my bank as this is clearly fraud! How are these companies allowed to trade with so many people being scammed?

Ordered a light board on the 24th Nov. Money taken straight away. Tracking says order was delivered on 14th Dec but no delivery. Reading reviews makes me think it was a scam 😞

STAY AWAY - zero stars. I ordered 2 LED boards for my children for Christmas, money taken immediately. I have chased and chased, no response and still no items. This company should be blocked and reported for fraudulent activity. How is it they are still advertising via instagram.

Do not use this company. No product after 4 weeks , no response to emails no refund . Going through my bank own

I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing. I bought two grandfather, life story books, they arrived in good time- so far so good. Then we gifted the first one to my dad- well he laughed, the spelling, the grammar and the mistakes! How did he feel when he was going to become a mum!!!!!
There are so many, completely incorrect questions.
Now i customer service emailed immediately with pictures, no response, I have emailed again today, so we shall see. However I am not hopeful after reading the above reviews. Now on the hunt for similar for my 97 yr old grandfather!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered a book for my dad for Christmas! It looks nothing like it does on the website, absolute TACK!! You can buy the same one on TikTok for £4, I paid £21 on here! The website needs to be shut down!
