I ordered several Hair Clips. My order arrived quickly and the Clips were lovely. Each was individually packaged just like you are in a retail shop.

Scam. I ordered something in November the ‘tracking’ says it has now been delivered but it hasn’t. No proof of delivery, not left with a neighbour and the company are now not responding to my emails at all. Awful.

I ordered two Bluetooth shower speakers for £19.99 but they somehow upped the quantity to 8 speakers (who has 8 showers) changed me £79.00
Have not been able to get PayPal to sort it out so I have been scammed by this company AVOID at all costs

I haven’t received my order which I purchased in November 2024. I have had no reply to any emails I’ve sent. I’m unsure whether the company is genuine. Please don’t waste your money ordering with this company, I should have read the reviews first. My bank has been good enough to refund me the money.

Avoid this company. Same old story, says delivered but nothing arrived. no response to emails yet money taken. they need reporting to the police.

Disgusting. Ordered in November, said it was delivered in mid December. It wasn’t.

Thieving scammers

I placed an order back in December and still haven’t received my order. I contacted customer support who have ignored my emails. I then received a notification that my order has been delivered but I have not received any delivery. I have sent numerous emails to customer support and only received one reply advising my order has been delivered and no further response when I replied advising I haven’t received any deliveries and when requesting a refund. Do not use this company! Really disappointed in their customer service.

I was scammed by this company into purchasing a product I genuinely wanted, but at the checkout they upped my qty so that instead of £16 I found myself paying £51 for huge number of items I did not want, that arrived way too late, flimsily packed and leaking all over the bag. Naturally I raised alarms straight away after checkout and have continued to beg them for a return address to sand this garbage back and receive full refund but they just simply aren’t replying! Does anyone have their address? Can they not publish their address as public info so we can just let them deal with sorting bad merch out and not be desperately begging for response on such basic info. No order number on the receipt either! I would shut this scam operation down if they can’t be made to act transparently in their business!

I ordered a screen that you can write on for my son for Christmas. It never arrived and they kept my money. Thieves and scammers

Absolute disgraceful service. Ordered a mother and me journal for my daughter for Xmas. Ordered on the 13/12/24. I have emailed the company 5 times now with details of purchase etc. still not email back. Nor has the item been delivered. Was meant to be a Xmas present but here we are in January 2025. Do not recommend!!! Do not buy from this company!!!

From the internet, I ordered a waterproof speaker in the middle of December 2014 hoping that it would be delivered before Xmas and not realising that it was coming from Japan! I tracked my order, I then received an email on the 30th December stated that I had received it. But this was definitely not the case. I have sent 2 emails weeks apart, incorporating my telephone number, informing them that I had not received the speaker. To this day I still not received any reply to my emails let alone my speaker! Not Happy!

I ordered a gift on 18th December and still haven’t received the item or a response from either of my two emails. Shocking service and no option for refund or cancellation. Do not order!!!!

Like everyone else, I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. Like everyone else, I didn’t receive my purchased items.

Instagram and others should hold some level of accountability for allowing fake companies to sell on their platforms.

Shame on them all.

Wished I'd read the reviews before purchasing a magic elf squishy making kit for my daughter. Firstly it took about 7 weeks to arrive, so arrived the week after Christmas had finished. The item that arrived was a cheap knock off of the item ordered, cheap plastic items not the silicone moulds expected. Very disappointed. Tried to complain to company on several occasions but no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered 2 speakers for Christmas boxes never arrived, showed on tracker they were in London on tge 18/12\24
Contacted them 2 days ago via email received an update yesterday they were delivered.
No they weren't we have security cameras
