ORDERED A DASH CAM THAT WAS ADVITISED AS A REVERSING CAM PLUS A INTERIOR CAM PLUS A SPEED CAM . Well order placed over 2 weeks ago got 1 email stating order received .20minutes after placing the order I decided to cancel it as was advised to due to bad reviews on trustpilot.
That's when the fun started as no reply to cancellation message or email Sent so I sent over 15 emails plus messages to cancel but no reply to my email .
I decided to put the order thro KLARNA on a 30 day payment plan when I placed the order
So ive contacted Action Fraud plus my credit card company to find out what can I do and was advised to leave it with klarna for a couple off weeks and see what they do about it if they don't sort it my card company will open a case as they say klarna should sort it out as the fraud is thro them
And was advised if I get scammed again what must be done is contact the card company and report it to action fraud straight away I was advised even if it's 2 months old contact the card issuer and action fraud

Ordered and paid sent faulty goods and goods where missing.no reply to emails.robbed out of money

Ordered Dash Cam with three camera received only two cameras, urdreamlife would NOT issue return labels and only offered 10% refund

Ordered a laptop stand, received a tablet stand from China. Absolutely no use whatsoever. Contacted customer service, who initially offered a 50% refund.

I insisted they supply the item ordered, or a full refund.

Since then, nothing, all silent. Do not order from this website.

Dash cam not as seen in advert. Tried twice to contact company for a return, no reply, no return address.

I received an email, saying my order had been delivered, nothing has…!!!
I emailed them to ask for the delivery address they sent it too, NO Replies..
Total waste of time…!!!!!!!!!

Order some apple compatible wireless tags from them and when they eventually arrived over a month later they didn’t work. Tried to contact the company to sort it out and they don’t reply. It’s just a scam to get your money.

Order a camera for my car.Paid £39.95p by bank card. Received it 12 days ago in a slightly damaged box.On opening the box it had a charging cable missing but it was not the right camera that I wanted unfortunately so I sent an email twice asking for their Returns & Refund,but I haven’t had a reply or confirmation of receiving my emails. I do not know what more that I can do. Has anyone got any advice they could give me please?

Cheap dash cam no side camera does not say it's not clear should not go hear again don't reply back to you never buy of these again

This company and website is a scam, I have not received my order and they do not respond to any emails. If I could give less than one star I would.

I was pleased to see how beautiful the screwdriver set appeared when I received it. The shipping was excellent, and I would most.

Do not use this company, they take your money and do not send the goods you've paid for, and will not respond to emails, when trying to chase. No customer service!!

I placed an order which came and it was two bottles and one of the bottles was smashed and all the product had came out. I have emailed them twice and wrote on their website where you can contact them and still have not heard anything from them so I’m now been left with only one of the products and not the other one and other that ordering a new one no way of getting another one

I ordered three sets of earbuds that said it does 144 languages. They took my money. I’ve emailed them about five or six times. They’ve not responded to me have lost all my money. It come to quite a bit of money and I have had nothing back from them. I don’t know what else to do. You can only email them. I’m going to contact trading standards but please no one order from them. They are a scam company and I think it’s a disgrace they are even on the Internet they are ripping people off. Do not use them. They will not send you your goods out.

I ordered one bottle of shower cleaner but have been charged for four and no meaningful method of contacting customer services to request refund

What a con.I purchased this at cost of £25 for 5 tiny bottles of this descales.It does not foam up as in advert like spraying water it’s going to take me the five bottles just to clean my shower and I’d does not dissolve any grease needs a to be banned for sale .Furious

Most are cheaper. I am faithfully a new customer with four orders. I recommend to anyone.

Never received toothpaste wrote three emails asking for. Refund- no reply!
