Thrilled with Urn
I ordered my pet urn and it arrived beautifully packed (to within an inch of its life) a couple of weeks later.
This purchase was made to replace a ‘rushed decision’ casket (chosen on the saddest of days) however, my original choice wasn’t very fitting for my beautiful girl so I have been looking for a replacement urn for months to reflect her Beauty in the afterlife when I came across Urns for Angels, so thrilled with my Urn, would definitely recommend this Company (Jul26)

Beautiful adult urn
The website was easy to use, the urns are beautiful and such good quality. The urn I ordered is a lovely colour, a colour that signified the person. It arrived within 48 hours and was packed securely. I found the experience that much easier due to the ease of ordering, the confirmation email that came through straight away with comforting words at this most painful time.

As each urn is handmade, there can be some natural variation in tone and finish from piece to piece, but we always want that to be a pleasant surprise rather than a disappointing one. Beautiful urn
Beautiful urn. Love the shape and material. It was too small for all the ashes and this was a small woman. Misled by assurance that small would be big enough. But, it didn’t matter. The sea release off a ferry was beautiful.

We're sorry the size fell short. Before a cremation, sizing can only ever be an estimate, and that's exactly where families can be caught out, which is a hard thing to discover at the worst possible moment. Afterwards, when the actual volume of ashes is known, it can be matched against the capacity we list in litres on every product page, and that's exact.
We'd like to understand what you were working from at the time. Please do come back to us through our contact page, we'd welcome the chance to look at it properly.
Unfortunately some of the urns arrived…
Unfortunately some of the urns arrived significantly late, after the funeral. What compounded this was the revised date after the funeral wasn't met and I had to chase them with Urns For Angels. After chasing I got a second revised date with was delivered. When I expressed my disappointment I was given a 5% discount which given the enormous margins being made on these urns felt like a token gesture at best. Given the sensitive nature of their business I was disappointed with their service.

Hi Paul I have checked through the email communication and I can't see that I have your number anywhere. To be clear I did say I wanted to give Urns For Angels a good review as my wife had previously used you as well. I asked for some sort of recognition and gesture of goodwill for the extended delay and distress caused. I felt the £7.95 refund didn't really recognise that my fathers ashes were significantly delayed being given to my sister and Niece hence the review I felt was appropriate. Regards Daniel

I'm sorry for the passing of your father, and sorrier still that our delay left your family waiting for his ashes. An urn arriving after the funeral is a failure I won't dress up, and you should never have had to chase us for a revised date on top of it. Both of those were ours.
When you raised it, you asked us to look at a refund of some sort, and we did respond, with a further discount on top of the one already applied to your order. I accept it didn't feel equal to the distress, and that's a conversation I'd rather have with you properly than through a review page, which is why I tried to call you today.
On margins, I'll simply say these pieces are made to order by individual artisans, and we never price around grief. That is the opposite of what this business was built for.
