Good company but disappointing product
Good communication throughout and delivered on time. However, although the urn was well made i am disappointed with the colour. It was described as cream but is a pinky peach colour which is not very masculine for my husband's ashes. I am considering returning it.

The urn is beautiful but please check
The urn is beautiful but I checked the measurements on what it would hold and my hubby would fit … he didn’t so please please check the fitting guide as the weight against the product is misleading .. I did receive a phone call but sadly nothing they could do but took my views on board

Your point about the guidance was a fair one, and we've since updated more of the copy in our descriptions and pointed more clearly to our size guide calculator, so the capacity is easier to judge before ordering. I'm sorry we couldn't resolve it the way you'd hoped on this occasion.

Perfect heart shaped urn for mom
It has been a difficult process choosing the correct location & final resting place for mom. We finally found it & you guys. The biodegradable heart shaped urn is absolutely perfect. I couldn't be more happy, ordered delivered & presentation as promised. A difficult process made easier. Mom would have loved her urn. Its so pretty & brings us comfort too. Bonus my dad cant be at the burial hes poorly so wrote a note to attach to the urn in the little frame now attached to the top ready for our goodbye
