I have a seven year old hand injury

I have a seven year old hand injury, severing eight tendons and all three nerves.. I had the older corded model and used it daily for nerve relief. When it died, I was surprised to find an updated Brio model. It looks and feels the same. The jury is out to see if it performs as long and as well as the corded model, While I waited for the new model, I went back to the Tens unit, which has multiple wires and the relief is helpful, but not as good. Thank you for helpig relieve nerve pain!

Everything is good so far easy to carry , Easy to use but only thing you need to improve adjustment settings like from eyes its press my nose if i tight on eyes it should be adjustable from all sides.

Best customer service!!

I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude of customer service that I have received. There was a few times of shipping delays through the holidays as expected but they maintained communication providing updates when requested. Communication and customer service these days are not heard of. I will continue to buy directly from this company in the future as a result of this!!!!

Great machine, but not the easiest company to communicate with.

We received a unit that was not heating correctly. After working with the company, they replaced it fairly quickly. Communication with Breo is not the easiest but the machine is great.

Mini Massager

Purchased the mini massager as a Xmas gift. It works well as advertised and the heat setting is particularly nice. You can customize the settings too which is helpful so you can adjust the experience as needed. I would consider other Breo products in the future.

Separately, I required some help from customer service and found them to be prompt and helpful.
