SENTIA Spirits founder Professor David Nutt has been a pioneering force in psychopharmacology for over thirty years. He has published more than 500 original research papers and 34 books on a wealth of topics in psychiatry—from his early work in sleep studies to his better-known interventions in drug policy and the study of addiction.

We are looking into why you would have received ads of free shipping as this is incorrect. We only offer free shipping in the UK at this stage.
Unfortunately fulfilment takes place within the hour and any requests for cancellation picked up after that would be too late. We have looked into the matter and can see that you were offered a free return or option to refuse delivery by our customer service representative. We believe you agreed to refuse delivery. Our customer service representatives are always there to assist to the best of our ability.

Great for cocktails, but slow delivery
We love the products - have tried all 3 Sentia flavors, however the shipping seems to take more than a week, (10 days) which is a bit annoying. This is the second time we’ve ordered them.

I still have not received my items I ordered. It seems that the company is slow at getting ordereds shipped, I paid 30 dollars for shipping .

Individual variances: Your GABA system is very much your own, and individual chemistry varies from person to person, so the experience of SENTIA will vary too.
Alcohol in system: Regular alcohol drinkers may have a high tolerance to GABA release, which will moderate the SENTIA experience. Studies suggest that you can reset your tolerance to GABA release by refraining from drinking for 2 to 3 weeks.
SSRI’s: (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors) anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA.
Expectations: SENTIA is not designed to get you “drunk”, but offer a more refined experience. All feelings are of course very subjective, and will vary from person to person.
Context: There is a great deal of scientific evidence indicating that drinking (or talking any mind altering substance) alone creates a very different effect from doing so socially. The science suggests the same will be true with SENTIA.

Disappointed
As of this time, I haven't received the shipment. In addition when I try to contact the carrier, my emails keep bouncing back. The carrier's website has no way of contacting them directly,....

I Love Sentia!
Sentia. I have one word. WOW! I was almost skeptical on purchasing because I read so many mixed reviews, but I am so glad I made the right decision! I will say, I don’t drink or anything else and I also eat clean, whole foods. I am not sure if any of those factors are the reason Sentia works so well for me, but I am in love! I just received my package today and I am already preparing to place another order! I love them all, especially the GABA Red.

Outrageously expensive!
Exorbitantly expensive shipping for tiny bottles! While I understand this is a new entrant into a niche market, this product will NEVER make it at these prices! What a fool I have been to let myself get played like this! If you are tempted, read the promos VERY carefully: The "bargain 3-fer" isn't 1.5 liter bottles - - it is 3 bottles that are only 1/2 liter each! And they charge S&H of $30 for that tiny amount. Their customer service reply to my review was insulting. Consequently, I will publicly comment with my negative impressions every time I see this product advertised!

Great product; great customer service
I ordered two bottles and one of the bottles arrived with the seal broken. The staff immediately rectified the issue and sent me a new bottle without question. I was very impressed with their customer service. Having received both bottles now I’ve tried them and they are everything. They are stated to be. I would highly recommend these products.

Hard to find at retail but lovely…
Hard to find at retail but lovely beverage. Relaxing alternative cocktail. I mix mine with seltzer or ginger ale and feel great relaxed evening enjoyment. Conducted a taste testing with my large family ages 18-60 and every liked a different one. A great option for the non-drinking crowd.

I tried Sentra for the first time last…
I tried Sentra for the first time last night and it satisfied my craving for wine. I have been trying to stop drinking alcohol for a long time and I think that this product will help me….but it is too expensive and I will have to find something similar that works for me

Poor packaging
Poor packaging. I ordered 4 bottles and 1 arrived broken. The packaging for other similar brands (Ghia) is much better, sturdier and no issues with broken bottles. To Sentia's credit, they are sending me a new bottle to replace the broken one, but it hasn't arrived yet nor do I have a tracking number.

The order finally arrived yesterday, and was in good shape. But the whole process took longer than seemed reasonable and was further annoying because of no information about delivery date until I complained about it.

Unfortunately, Not an Alcohol Replacement
Unfortunately, I was hoping for an alcohol-like relaxation response without the alcohol. I had 40 mL This product did not have that effect. The taste is interesting in a good way - heavy, dark, earthy, with a hint of spice, just not effective in the way I had hoped.

Overall positive
Easy ordering. Fast delivery and very well packaged.
I’ve black and gold so far. I have not noticed a “medicinal”, as reviews mentioned. I have not had a noticeable “calming” effect, using this as part of my evening ritual before bed. However, I am also in a very calm environment right now, so that could change. I will continue using sentia, watching for an effect.
