Shein is my go-to website whenever I want to buy inexpensive clothing. The shipping was always fast as it was a week or more with standard shipping. The packaging is amazing and my clothes are always sealed tight. The clothes fit me, but you HAVE to look at their sizing chart when you decide to order. Because ALL CLOTHES ARE MADE different. I love this website and can not see how people complain about it unless they live somewhere off the walls or did not look at the sizing chart.

i returned all my items in a very secure bag and they claim one item is not in the package and subsequently didn't refund me everything I am owed

Please do not believe the number of stars they have on this page. They have very bad reviews and somehow managed to get a new page. So let me add my review. I left a poor review about my return. I had been waiting for over a month to get my money back. Nothing was happening, so I left a review and they answered it. This was my response to their behavior. They're making a new page so they can hide all their negative reviews. They have no stolen about $90 dollars from me.

Back again to leave to another terrible review. I was contacted by Shein the last time so hopefully they see this one as well. I paid to return my items to Shein. I selected all the items that I wanted to return and paid without any incident. I packaged everything as I was supposed to and I mailed the package. Please Shein tell me why the package that I paid for using YOUR RETURN LABEL ENDED UP BACK ON FRONT DOOR!!!?? AND ONE OF THE ITEMS IS MISSING! This how Shein is getting out of refunding people money?! I am furious! What kind of company is this? I have never had this happen with any company ever. I have returned items before to Shein and had no problem. All of a sudden Shein is acting brand new. Now what am I supposed to do with these clothes that I paid to have returned!? Shein is trash and I will never make another purchase here ever again. Also, I used their bag that they sent me to return my items and it came beat to absolute hell. Shein charged me with a return only to send my items back without any explanation. Trash company. Now, I am out of even more money than before.

Their products are IFFY... As in IF you even get them. Hit or miss on quality and sizing. Shipping will take 3 months.

I love fast fashion. I buy a lot of clothes so, I tend to buy cheaper. I go to Shein for the price of the clothing. It's a hit or miss kinda thing. I like how there's good coupons and points. I get stuff pretty fast. I guess the downside is that some of the clothes smell like vinegar. Other than that, I recommend.

I've enjoyed the items I've gotten from Shein, they take a bit longer to get to me than other stores, but don't take as long as AliExpress or Wish. Usually a little less than a month. I'm a huge penny pincher, so I really like finding fashionable clothes for cheap. And their new home goods section seems great, though I have not bought anything from it yet. I've bought items from Shein multiple times and don't plan on stopping! Make sure to check item reviews though, not everything is exactly like the picture.

Who isn't a fan of inexpensive clothing, right?! After seeing SO MANY YouTube videos about Shein and needing a bunch of work clothes, but on a budget, I decided to give them a try. I wasn't scammed and I got everything I ordered, so why the three stars?

Well, it took FOREVER to get to me. Over a month or so... and when it was supposed to have been delivered, I got an email saying it was lost! BUT, it wasn't, thank goodness.

The clothes that I purchased are super cute, but some of the materials were kind of funky and obviously cheap. There were a few things that I bought and loved. But of all the pieces I got, there are a lot that I will likely never use again.

As a fellow reviewer said, make sure you read the descriptions for fabrics and all of the reviews. BE CAUTIOUS, because a review may have 5 stars when the review is actually bad. SHEIN automatically rates it at 5 stars when you write the review, so people probably miss it and just post.

Shein is another fast fashion site kind of like Wish or AlliExpress. So when shopping you have to be a very diligent shopper. You can't just add to cart and go. You need to check what materials are used for the clothing, read reviews on all products (especially those with pictures), and be cautious of sizes, especially if you need plus sizes.
I personally have never had issues with payment (I always use PayPal) or shipping (longest order took about a week and a half, but they first estimated 3 weeks), however I've heard of other having difficulty with those, primarily with shipping times. I've only had a few items of clothing that greatly differed from the pictures/reviews/materials, however they were so cheap, I didn't really care. However, I've had far more great purchases from Shein than bad ones. But, as I've said, it's not always consistent, so be weary and smart when shopping.

I ordered a bunch of clothes and jewelry for $80.
Working in a hair salon, we need trendy yet inexpensive clothes . The quality was MUCH better than I expected for the price. The sizing was perfect.
It took about 10 days to receive my package.

I haven't tried returning anything so not sure on that part, but so far so good! Will buy again.

They stole my money and never sent the clothes I ordered. I emailed them and they did not reply. I paid a shipping guarantee fees and my parcel is lost and they are not refunding me. SH**TY F**KING SITE, I ORDERED FROM THEM BEFORE TOO BUT NEVER AGAIN. STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY. I WANT A REFUND. STOP IGNORING MY EMAILS. They clearly emailed me before when I asked why my parcel wasn’t coming saying there was an address issue and then they supposedly resent it BUT IT NEVER CAME. FIX YOUR ISSUES YOU F**KERS.

Shein is another of those Chinese companies that scam its customers. It sells internationally, and uses these email addresses; look up these companies on trustpilot and you will see the poor reviews from all over the world.

Just search for SHEIN in Trustpilot and you can see the poor reviews and the scams.

I've used this company a number of times over the past year and have not had a problem with them. In fact, I've been impressed by their speedy service. My order placed on June 28, 2020 was supposed to come July 18, 2020 and actually arrived by July 7, 2020. Besides that, I have found the clothes that I've bought were true to what was displayed on the website. I've been happy with my purchases and the service.

THEY DO NOT RETURN SWIMSUITS OR LINGERIE. they dont say that anywhere, you find out when you want to return them. ALL items, except swimsuits, are of poor fabric. The swimsuits are not designed for U.S. bodies, poor cut, extremely small tops and the bottoms are just cut wierd. I wear a 6-8 bust 36 -38 B and their sizing chart said order a L some items said LX. The tops would not fit a 34A and that was their L. Yes its cheap, but I wasted $140, on items could not us or return.

The clothes are OK, the sizes not accurate. Fabric mostly not washable or lasting. That said the price is so cheap well it worth a shot right? The problem is that the company makes you pay to return items. They call it insurance. I paid to return items and still haven't gotten my money. It's been a month. I returned a partial order the day after I received my package. First they say we will give you a credit to a wallet. Then they say you can get that credit sent to your bank. They actually lie and say you used your credit your wallet.

Please refund my money Tiffany. I am very uncomfortable with this process I don't understand what more you want from me. I paid for return insurance, I returned the 3 items the next day they were in the mail, and you keep my money for credit? I will cancel PayPal when you refund my money.

You and SHEIN have lied to me. You said you already refunded my money and gave me a date and I should check the bank.
