At first I was concerned thinking it wasn’t getting to us in time for Halloween,but it came in time for my son to get to wear it days before Halloween. Fits great and my son loves it.

Despite the name, this company is not American. I ordered my son's Halloween costume 3 weeks ago, and it is expected to arrive in mid November. 🙄 That's not surprising coming from China, but I wouldn't have ordered had I realized.

You sent me the wrong blanket and wouldn't let me exchange it for the correct blanket. I wouldn't ever order anything from you again and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone

This a fraudulent company! They decive the buyer by indicating they are a United States company. The contact information shows a North Carolina address as a warehouse however this is a farce. Shipping indicates Hong Kong China. Do not use or trust this company. Especially do your research, unlike myself who was charged more than indicated on my invoice. I even changed my credit card just incase they save my billing information.

Update: Although I still don't trust this company's validity. I did in fact receive the item I originally ordered albeit extremely later than expected & they still overcharged my credit card from the original invoice.

If I could provide a review with NO STARS I definitely would. I ordered a "squirrel-proof" bird feeder for my parents who love watching their birds at the feeders while keeping the squirrels at bay. When we received the product it was bent at the base and sat very uneven. I took a picture and sent it via the customer service link and was told that 'We double checked your order and found that it's not bent.' You can imagine my disappointment in anticipating an item to be used to bring joy to bird watchers, only to be told that the damaged product would not be replaced. I would suggest that you never order from this site and find other reputable sources that actually back their products.

I wish I had seen these reports before ordering. I saw a Squirrel flipper bird feeder with video of squirrell being flipped off when it jumped on feeder. Big description and pictures. So I ordered it, They tried to get me to add other items to the order. It was shipped and after I hadn't received it in a week I tracked it down. They had a tracking number that didn't work in usual system. Finally it came after 2 weeks and When I opened it the item was nothing like I had seen in the order I sent. No motor, no charger, different size, cheap materials and bent wires and perch. It was a total scam and there is no recourse. I wouldn't even consider sending back for a refund as there would be none. They advertize like an American company but are in China. They should not be allowed to do business, It is a bait and switch company, not morally honest. Hope you alert all who are taken to the cleaners, I am only happy I didn't lose more that 25 dollars.

Do not shop here, ordered sandals for my wife as I have done many times before. They came in and were way to small. I notified then on how to either return them or exchange them. Will not let me return, and gave me a run around on trying to exchange them had me use a tape measure to show what size I received then told me they were correct and my order is completed. Will not refund money or exchange

Beware! Stay away from this site! They advertise items for sale, and send you cheap nick nack items that weren’t originally ordered. I ordered shoes and they sent me an eraser and Kleenex box??? Reached out to them to return items, first told me to ship back and I would have to pay for shipping. Then they quit responding all together after a couple emails. This site is a scammer website… beware.

All of the reviews are correct about sending fake and deceptive products, as well as you have to pay out of your own pocket to ship back to China if you want any kind of hope of a refund. What they don’t tell you up front is that only when they receive the product back in China will they give you a store credit if the value you paid in shipping back to China. They sent me a product that looks nothing like the one I ordered online. It is laughable how different the product image is and it is printed crooked even. This company is a fraud and a scam. When I emailed them and sent them pictures showing how what they sent was completely different than what they advertised and asked for my money back, they gave me the whole pay at your own expense to ship to China thing, and then when I called them a fraud and scam, they quit responding. I protested the charge on my credit card, but unfortunately the company is going to get away with this as the credit card company said it is too small of an amount for them to go after. Don’t waste your money or time with this scam of a company. You won’t get what they are advertising in the pictures and you will be stuck with it if you want to return it or get a refund. They are criminals.

If they had a star for a 0 I'd check it. I paid for two electric climbing santas and received two battery operated ones that are junk. They told me I had to pay to ship them back. They did not apologize or offer to rectify the situation, so I called my cc company, proved by their confirmation that I ordered electric and they gave me a full refund. I emailed the company and told them if they wanted the santas they needed to send me a prepaid label. A month has gone by and I still haven't received it, so they will be thrown in next week's trash. I ended up buying what I wanted from Amazon and got exactly what I ordered.

I gave them a 1 star because I had to so that I can write a review. I ordered a Santa climbing a ladder while carry a string a lights. I received one that is carrying a sack (no lights). I reached out to customer service and received the run around and finally received an address in China to return this item. I stopped at UPS and the address I was supplied would cost me over $50. This item is low quality and already cost me $30+, Not worth the purchase for the cheap product and not worth the return. They should have sent me the correct item, its not my fault they shipped the wrong item. I will never order from this company again and do not recommend anyone to order from them.

If I could give a 0 start I will. Worse online shopping experience ever. I bought a product and received something else instead. Then I ask for a return label, and they don't do return labels you have to pay for the return. Then they give you a $10 store credit for the return item and when you purchase a new item, they send me something else again. So, you have to go to the whole process again. Seriously scam you are better off buying from someone else. On top of that they do not have customer service.

STAY AWAY selling FAKE goods! I ordered a pair of Orthopedic Foot Sandals cost USD$30 and received a pair of cheap and low quality sandals. I subsequently found out they stole online pictures of an orthopedic sandals manufacturer in Denmark to deceive shoppers.

This company is slow at arriving. I still have not received the item and it has been three plus weeks. It is from China, which is deceptive based on the name of the company. Do not order from this company. I wasted $25.

Should have read reviews before I purchased. Ordered an electric 3ft climbing Santa and received a plastic 10 inch Santa. Wasted $30. Really hate scamming businesses like this. Looks like it’s not going to be easy to return.

Do not order from here. Did not get what was advertised. Customer service did nothing to correct the problem.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their products are not as advertised, they sell cheap imitations and it takes forever to get the product because it coming from China. I ordered because of the company name and then followed up on their location. It won't happen again. I guess all of us get to be swindled once in our lives for not doing our research first.

Do not order from here. Pictures are extremely deceptive and descriptions are false. My item came damaged due to poor packaging and to return it I have to mail it to China at my expense. Paid $30 and found same item on Temu for $8.95.

I got a pair of Taos "The Show" look-a-likes for $25. Unless you can find a sale, these shoes retail for $140. They were obviously knock offs but for the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Better quality than Temu! It took about month to receive which is what I expected. They sent timely emails as my order was processed and shipped. I would consider ordering again.

Poor quality products received. Return shipping is at customers expense and to China!
It appears that their USA address may be a shell with all products being sent in from China!!!
