Lack of communication
I canceled my order (reasoning: not exactly what I would hope for) and after almost 2 weeks I have yet to receive a refund back. I’ve contacted (through email and phone call) customer service a few times and have yet to get a response. Phone calls are either not going through or I’m being sent straight to voicemail.

Reasonable Products
The products that I wanted were at a reasonable price. The availability of assorted colors for the items I wanted really worked well for my desires. Also, being able to preview my logo and text on the items helped me to decide. I only hope that it will appear how I designed it. I'm not sure it saved and it didn't provide a way to upload my design.
