Enthusiastic about their customer service
The customer service team is very customer service oriented and easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and responsive is navigating me through the process of screen printing our promotional fans. I am enthusiastic about ordering from them in the near future.

Exceptional people, excellent products.
I have been using the company on an annual basis for approximately 4 years now. The reason I keep going back is the customer service and the product quality.It is wonderful to call a company and speak to a "real" person after waiting no more than 60 seconds, who answers your questions, offers suggestions, and is very helpful. Products are delivery quickly and are made of great material that stands the test of time. Sarah and Kaitlyn are awesome and know my voice when I call. They not only rate five stars, they're all gold stars!!!

Very Good Experience. The personalization page might need an upgrade
I created a personalized cup for a golf tournament but when I got to the final step/checkout it didn't show a picture or the wording I had used. Might need an upgrade to their creative part of the ordering process. Otherwise it went smoothly and if my order is perfect, I will use again!

A learning experience for me
A learning experience for me, with bulk ordering. The initial quote and timeline were within budget. The verbal agreement I took to be what would happen when I placed my order proved to be costly. So my follow up call to verify timeline, cost an additional fee for 3 day shipping and changing the shipping address.
