My orders are usually shipped in about a week. They do their best to use a reliable carrier, although I do not have much faith in any of them. My sales person is very efficient and does a good job getting me the best price at the time of sale. She also calls me ahead of time to let me know of any special coins that come up that I may be interested in. All around good experience dealing with US Gold Bureau.

They are great. They follow up on the whole process. From the phone call message to call us back which they were prompt to do so, to the checking up to make sure we received our orders on time and satisfied, I say they are definitely on top of it all. Lots of questions
Bought many times from USGB. This time was somewhat unorganized. Last time their unsolicited barter suggestion took 10 gold buffalos from me in exchange for 3 certified coin sets. The buffalos subsequently went from $3K each to $5K each and the certified sets increase has been minimal. Needless to say, their investment advice was questionable, and I am kicking myself for listening to the salesperson... Only time will tell.
I am about to test their buyback guarantee and will report back in a future review.
