Early Evaluation

So far, I have received 4 or 5 leads, but they have not been responsive to my questions. In other words, they said "Oh we don't know what you are talking about. They act like they are not searching for real estate and don't know why I called. I need further training and more detail about the person.
Secondly, it has been difficult for me to contact USHUD representative with the time difference. I understand the difficulties with a 3-hour time difference but need to get some clearer definition on times we can communicate.
At this point I like the flow of leads and think you have a well-recognized organization. Your team has been very responsive to my needs. I am still very excited about the possibilities.

No bank

No bank! Every lead you have sent is thinking you're the government assistance program. Most do not respond to any attempt to reach them. I am extremely disappointed and want a refund.

While some prospects may initially misunderstand who is contacting them, the leads we provide are generated from individuals who have shown interest in housing opportunities and requested information. Because of this, it’s normal that not every lead will respond, but consistent follow-up and varied contact methods (call, text, email) typically improve engagement.

That said, I don’t want you to feel unsupported. I’d be happy to review your account with you, go over best practices for contacting the leads, and provide our proven scripts and free one-on-one coaching to help you connect more effectively. Our goal is always to help you succeed, and we’ll do everything we can to improve your experience.

It's too early to give any substantial feedback. You are good at marketing yourself as evidenced by me signing up with you but I have no experience with how well you can generate more leads that results in more sales for me.
