Misleading site
I rushed to pay 120USD and than i understood this is not an official website - very misleading website!
I asked for refund and now waiting for thier response.
Update:
After 30 minutes got an email back with the approval for the refund.

USA visa waiver ESTA proxy at extreme prices.
The site is not related to US government (and they do present a disclaimer at the very bottom). It seems they assist you in filing the forms for ESTA but they will charge you for 120$ (rather than the official USA government price of approx 20$ ) .
They hide that fee in small letters at the last submission step. They don't publish all their pricing in one web or menu.
I discovered their charges after the submit so I wrote them to cancel the request and they did refund me the 120$ so they do honor the 30-day money-back guarantee (also stated in their pricing policy) . So IMHO not that a big scam.
Their credit card processor is located in Cyprus/
The host was set by GoDaddy a year ago and they do provide a support number in the London area (the phone number is not 24h , email is) .
why I give it 3 stars: web site hides service fees very deep. The call in number is not 24hours (the website claim 24x7 support ). phone hours should be clearly stated in the "contact us" page.
prices should be clearly layed out in a "pricing" page.
if you don't know english very well or afraid of forms you can try them but for the real thing simply go to the official US site: esta.cbp.dhs.gov
