This is NOT the real passport renewal site.
Misleading website. Thought I was using an official government page. Paid $140 for what I thought was a passport renewal. Turns out I paid to fill out a PDF that is available for free online. After an all-day back-and-forth, "customer service" offers partial refunds in 5% increments. Can't get them to offer a refund beyond 80%, and this is 7 emails and 7 responses later. This place is the closest thing to a scam while somehow still covering its back with fine print. It appears their victims are many.

SCAM
This site is a scam. It's set up to look like an official US government website, but it offers no real service other than taking your sensitive personal info and auto-filling a passport form for you, while also charging you money. The website showed a cost of $130 for the service, the same as the government processing fees. Then my card was charged for a different amount. I contacted customer service who refused to offer me a refund despite how misleading this company is.

Scammers and impersonators
I unfortunately fell for this scam and impersonation. The impersonation is that they present themselves as the State Department on their site. Color and font.
They charge you similar fees to the State Department but lacks transparency that the fee you’re paying is separate from the actual State Department passport application fee.
I dropped my passport (without the money order) in the mail already. I truly hope I get those documents returned to me.

It was easier than expected
It was easier than expected and much better than commercial services that require the old
Passport to be turned in. I was able to keep the old one. And payment was easier since I used a credit card; other services required a check. And the best part is it only took a couple weeks to receive my new one.
