Beware Misleading Website
Based on my experience this website is misleading and does not provide any valuable services. The way services and fees were presented was misleading. The cost of the service just to rewrite my application for a passport is the same one from the government website and fees are comparable to that of the cost to renewing a passport with no full value or benefit because you will pay double the cost. Save yourself the headache from reaching out to support services and not receiving your full credit. Avoid this website, it’s a scam to get you to pay $100+ to get a pdf copy of the application that can be obtained from government website,

Their service is deceiving. They only send you paperwork that you can find for free and their site is made to resemble the State Departments site. They also sell your information so now I'm getting 15-20 junk emails per day

My experience with this whole process…
My experience with this whole process so far has been much less stressful than I had expected. The most time consuming was finding all my documents. However, when I found a mistake on my form and had to call in I really thought it was going to take forever to speak with someone anyone but it didn't. I had the pleasure to speak with Alyssa O and she was WONDERFUL. She was not only kind and patient but also very efficient. By the end of my call I felt better and more confident that I had everything I needed and it was all correct. Now I just have to wait for my Pass Port. Thank you so much for all your help Alyssa O you were a joy and blessing to speak with.

Completely dishonest and scammy
Completely dishonest and as scammy as they come. I was taken in by their site, and I have successfully applied for passports for me and my children multiple times in the past. They appear to be an official online passport application/renewal site when all they do is fill in the form that is completely free on the .gov site. You still have to pay to file the forms with the government.

This is a scam site that impersonates a US government site and takes advantage of people. The fee they charge is just to fill out a PDF form that is free to do on the real website. I thought I was filling out the online renewal but unfortunately fell for this scan due to my lack of diligence.

Scam! The site is easy to use however, as many other reviewers have said, they are NOT a US government authorized site. They charge the same price for the passport but do not deliver a passport. They want $130 for the service of filling out the form for you. Then you must turn around and send the form with another $130 to pay to the US State Department for your actual passport.

This is wrong on so many levels. I was also tricked into thinking this was the official website to renew a passport. Do not fall for it. The website should be taken down.
Update: June 6-I was able to get a full refund after requesting.

I was taken in! Obviously I was not observant enough to realize I was not on a government site and spent $190 needlessly to have someone fill out the forms for me and I had to call back twice to get the mistakes they had made fixed.

The customer service was quick to notice my review and quickly resolved the issue with one phone call. They refunded me the money when I said I had already filed for it on the official government website.

I believed that I was using a government website as they quoted me the price of a new passport ($135) but charged my credit card a different price ($111). This website should most definitely be taken down and not appear at the top of a Google search.

MISLEADING WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
This website/company is incredibly misleading. You would think you’re paying for the passport. If you’ve never had nor applied for a passport previously, this site is easy to succumb to. You pay for something you can do on your own, for free. They charged almost $200 for FILLING OUT THE PASSPORT APPLICATION, something that can be done for free. I reached out to them and they would not issue a refund saying that they providing a “Service,” which the website doesn’t specify at all. When asked for a receipt, they didn’t respond. Afterwards, the website and any links are not working and they are no longer responding to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Complete fraud in the sense that they made the website looks like a governmental site but it is not. The fees are not listed on the site and they look like you are paying for the passport renewal fees. This is complete impersonation of the .gov renewal site.

Scam passport company
This company purposely models their website after the official department of state website and pays google to display them first in order to deceive consumers into thinking they are an official government website. They only say they are not official in the fine print at the very bottom of the page which proves they are being dishonest. They provide forms that are available from the official government website for free, and charge to fill them out under the guise of charging for passport renewal. This is a sneaky and dishonest practice that shouldn’t be legal.
