It was awful it took them 4 days to deliver my car when it was only 180 miles a 3 hour trip. Roger lied and said it would be 150.00 actually it end up being 400.00. . They lie and get you to pay 100.00 deposit. I would not recommend the company is very dehonest. They add extra fees after you sign on deposit on contract do that can add extra fees and when you try cancel you lose your deposit. It’s a scam. I’m call EEOC on company. I would not recommend using this company for future deliveries. Run.

I was assured and promised (by Dave) the price of transporting my vehicle wouldn't change. I gave them a down payment per their request (Dave, the barely English speaking person). They lied. Price changed dramatically when the driver was on site to picking it up. There was no disclosure for the possibility of the price change in the paperwork! Totally thieves. The down payment Imade is gone. They refuse to reimburse me.
Don't trust this service.

Roger always does what he says going to do doesn't play games and switch pricing etc

I have done ✅ business 🧑🏽‍💼 with Roger for over Four 4️⃣ years. My deliveries 🚚 have always been on time. Roger knowledge is impeccable. He always treats us with World 🌍 Class Service and Respect ✊🏽.. I highly recommend him for all your vehicles 🚗 transport needs..!!

Roger was just great in locating a last-minute Transport in a remote spot in Michigan. He worked quickly located several drivers and negotiated to save me money and he is the guy you should ask for Roger is a top 10 locator.

I waited an entire week for my vehicle to be picked up. During that week, I received little to no proactive communication and had to repeatedly reach out myself just to get updates. Each time I was given a different excuse for the delay.

When I finally asked for the carrier’s company name, USDOT/MC number, driver’s name, phone number, and pickup time, they never provided any of the requested information. Instead, after making me wait a week past my scheduled pickup, they told me the price would increase from my original quoted amount because the driver wanted more money.

After wasting my time for a week with no pickup, no meaningful updates, and then demanding a higher price, I lost all confidence in the company and canceled the shipment.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund my $200 deposit and insisted I was bound by their contract, even though they failed to perform the service as originally represented.

In my experience, the lack of communication, repeated delays, and unexpected price increase made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully read the contract, understand the cancellation policy, and think twice before paying a deposit.

I would never use this company again and cannot recommend them.
