Shane at reception was always so…
Shane at reception was always so helpful. All trolleys had dodgy wheels or bent corners. There was always one lift out of order and always at least one lightbilb not working. Recepetion were always happy to accomodate out of hours access

U Store It met my storage needs. Arranging after hours access was very easy and the staff were very helpful, especially Jennifer, who I dealt with opening and closing my account. She was incredibly professional and easy to deal with.

UStoreIT was absolutely brilliant to deal with today and Will working at the reception desk was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the units. From the minute we walked in he was answering any questions we had, gave us his advice relating to all of the options we had and made sure we were making the most informed decision possible.
The building was immaculate and very easy to get around. Would highly recommend using UStoreIT.

A great experience using UStoreIt. Management is friendly and responds immediately. The units are clean and dry. Will always use them for ant storage needs. The location just off Exit 18 is perfect.

I would highly recommend using U Store…
I would highly recommend using U Store It services for any storing needs. It was excellent from start to finish. They could not make the process any easier. Easy set up to, free collection service, it was amazing. Access in and out of the storage unit is very easy. There is always someone avaliable if you have any questions. The staff were fantastic and super friendly.
I will definitely use the service again.

Both Niamh and Siobhan in the Waterford Unit were so helpful! They went through the options for storage and what I needed. From initial conversation to closing my account they couldn’t have been more helpful and made the whole process so much easier. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience with Little Island…
Our experience with Little Island Storage was a total disaster.
The access code we were given didn't work. During office hours, the staff could let us in doing sonething on PV, but outside office hours we had no access at all.
Despite advertising 24/7 access, the reality is that access is effectively limited to office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Outside those hours, your only option is an automated AI answering service, which is no help when you're locked out of your storage unit.
I would not recommend this facility if you need reliable access to your belongings.

I am very sorry to hear you have had some difficulty with your access code here in the facility. If you were available this week, I would be happy to show you the access procedure again and troubleshoot what issues you may be having with the code.
Business hours are 9:00-5:30pm Mon-Fri, 9:00-4:00 Sat & 10:00-4:00 Sun. While we are a 24/7 facility, out of hours access is granted on request, and this is outlined in both your USI agreement and sign posted throughout the facility. You can call or email during business hours to request this late access - I would be happy to explain this in more detail if you had time for a quick phone call?

I needed a Storage unit when between…
I needed a Storage unit when between properties and UStore It was my choice. I inquired online and after a short phone call it was arranged. The facility was always extremely clean, the staff were always friendly and the security of the facility was reassuring.
If ever I'm in need of a storage unit again, I'll certainly be going back to UStore It.
