After a long and harrowing journey with an excess of bags & luggage I made it to the North Park location where I was immediately attended to by Basak and Jennifer. The team was incredibly good natured and legitimately wanted to go out of their way to make sure I was attended to. Basak, in particular, provided a level of service that I did not expect for a storage site.

Will O'Connor at the Liffey branch of UStoreIt was supportive and helped add levity to a stressful time. I appreciated his easy going but professional manner that made my decision making process less painful than it was feeling before I came in. The facility feels very safe and clean and although it doesn't have 24/7access like some others I researched, let's face it--if the stuff is in storage...do we REALLy want 24/7 access? I don't need that. But, I do need to feel I am safe and that my things will be safe for the duration I need it. Thanks WILL! It was a pleasure to work with you. See you next month for moving day! S

Been a customer since they were called Baron's Self Storage. Very clean facility, and lovely staff. Don't remember their name, but there was one fella in particular who was incredible, i dunno if he still works there though. Be aware that cabs sometimes get really confused about where its located for some reason though!

Second time round customer, couldn't be happier!
Previously stored with them under the name Baron storage and they were great so I had to choose them again.
Once again they were quick with their responses, super friendly and incredibly helpful. Easy to use/access and safe clean secure storage spaces.
Very happy with my choice and would highly recommend!
