Jennifer and Basak were great. They were really friendly and at the same time knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They made sure I knew what was what while I was still on the premises.
When my code did not work on the first day, they provided me with a workaround so that I could access my storage space that evening, and they made sure that the issue was fixed the following day.
Excellent service.

My experience was amazing with the Ballymount staff, they were so helpful with everything querie I had. I cannot recommend them enough. Especially Stephie she was great help.

Liam was very informative and very accommodating.

uStoreit in Ballymount were amazing, and made the whole process of moving out (and moving back in) a bit less stressful. Lauren was was a superstar in helping me find me a unit that was the right size for my stuff -and doing it all again, when I came back a few months later with even more stuff.

All the staff were polite and cheerful, they take their time with you, and remember their regular customers -I would thoroughly recommend them!

Very helpful on the phone and when i called in to look at the units

I had a lovely experience today at U Store It. Basak was so very helpful and kind, and she really went out of her way to make my day!

the main thing to mention here is the professionalship of the staff, all want to help and assist at every turn, the place was always clean tidy & we never had any issues with stock coming in or going out, we would highly recommend U Store it to anybody who want to store their product in a safe clean facility

Shane, Neil and Aisling were extremely great to work with. Always went the extra mile and always willing to help out whenever I needed. They were absolutely brilliant, highly recommend them!!

I'm not sure that I ever thought that I'd be writing a review for a storage locker, but here we are.

A purpose-built, secure, clean and accessible location at a competitive rate was number table-stakes.

My reason for writing, however, is to do with how they (Donna and Rachel) run this business - highly professional, yet also personal and collaborative.

I was probably not the easiest tenant to deal with - moving overseas and trying to coordinate things remotely is never simple, but it was made a lot easier than it could have been. I always felt like I was dealing with an actual human which is an increasingly rare thing these days.

Always prompt with replies and consistently did what they promised without me having to chase - again - increasingly rare.

7 stars out of 5 - wouldn't even consider recommending somewhere else.

Had a unit for nearly 3 years that I've recently just finished up with. We cannot thank Gerard and all the team enough, from the very beginning everyone was so helpful in finding a unit to best suit us. The place is spotless and 110% safe, which is the main thing for us. We would absolutely highly recommend this storage company.

Brilliant service! I was just originally looking up quotes for storage units, and received a call from U Store It very quickly, and ran through all the things they offer. They were very helpful with going through everything with me, and will be looking forward to using their storage units in the coming weeks!
