Previously owned vehicle with Issues
So far its informative on a previously owned vehicle. However there is accident information that is incorrect on the vin number from a 15 year ownership perspective where there were no accidents at all.

Owned over 20 years
I have owned this 2002 Explorer since it was new. No real problems. Just a couple of issues when it was new.which were repaired under warranty. This report was accurate. I love my Explorer.

Watch out for $23.95 monthly fee instead of just the $1 report you wanted
I paid the $1 fee for a single car report (which did not give me the information I was looking for) then discovered, when my credit card statement arrived, that a second payment of $23.95 had been taken. If I had not spotted this, it would continue to be taken each month! I called and was told the $1 for the one report was a "deposit" for their monthly service -- a service I neither want nor need & immediately cancelled. Coming on here, I see that I am not the first that this has happened to. On the plus side I emailed a request for the $23.95 to be refunded and I'm pleased to see that this has now been credited back to my credit card.

I paid the price of $1 as required but was charged $23.95 on my credit card. I will be disputing the charge. The report was not complete
After communicating with the company, they refunded the $23.95

Very pleased with how much information I received for $1.00 !! I am purchasing a used vehicle and sought written documentation as to its history and features. These were all provided in the report and more. I will definitely use this service next time I'm in the market for another vehicle.
