This experience started over two years ago when I had a phone call from utility bidders telling me I could save money on my business electric account what I didn’t realise 2 years later they signed me up to a three year contract without my consent and copied and pasted my signature Unknown to me please be wary of this Company

I have been dealing with Utility Bidder, and particularly their representative, Sukie Gill, for a number of years now and found them to be very friendly and professional in finding the best deals that are out there for our business. I have never felt pressurized in accepting any of the deals that they have come up with for our business as I have with other utility brokers that I have dealt with in the past, and I have dealt with a quite a few of them. Because I have severe visual problems, Sukie has been very patient with me whist sorting out the contracts to sign via online documentation and has helped me sometimes by confirming what the documents say before I do sign them - which for me, is wonderful, as I have had some businesses blame me because I am unable to read the screen quick enough for them as they want to get onto the next call and contract. Utility Bidder wanted me and our business to get it right and be very happy with the new contract and what we were signing up for. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants someone to care for their business.
