THANK YOU doesnt seem to cut it. Nizam Hussein you've been a tremdous support and couldn't have done any more in helping me with a terrible mistake a Gas provider had made. You helped me get to the bottom of something I felt was going to be never ending and was very serious. I couldnt recommend Nizam enough on this you get a 10 stay rating. As a business we haven't got time to go through all the options available to us for our energy.
Utility Bidder have been great for us and Nizam has sorted our contracts the last few times now and contacts us when something changes and feels we'd be better off changing. Nizam has always been very helpful, friendly and professional (and patient when I haven't got back to him promptly!) I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working with the company, and I feel it’s only fair to highlight the level of service I received, especially from him. Very knowledgeable and informative, polite and not pushy - i put the phone down if i sniff out a pushy sales person.... can't do with any sales BS.

Everything felt straightforward and transparent. Utility contracts can often be overwhelming or feel a bit rushed, but that wasn’t the case here. Liam took the time to explain my options clearly, breaking down the details of each deal - so it actually made sense. I never felt pressured into making a decision, which made a big difference.

Liam was professional, patient, and refreshingly honest. That kind of integrity is rare and made it much easier to trust the recommendations he gave. He also stayed responsive throughout the process.
Overall, the experience felt efficient but still personal. I came away feeling confident that I’d made the right choices for my business, both in terms of cost and long-term value. Will be back again when contracts end.

I changed my business water supplier using them and was quoted an annual amount much cheaper than my existing supplier. Once I signed up and got first 2 bills they are over double my old supplier, and surprise surprise, trying to speak to the agent who set it up at utility bidder is almost no go . She hasn’t replied to emails or phone calls

Kim provides a comprehensive and excellent service each time we renew. I am yet to beat the prices she secured and the aftercare support makes all the difference when a matter needs addressing. Hope to continue for more years to come.

Very pushy cold sales call where the idiot wouldnt take no for an answer and did not remove my number from contact like i had requested when i said i wasnt interested. I had to then ring back after a missed call from them and spoke to another sarcastic one when i told her to remove my number. Those 2 interactions clearly show what kind of company it is

Leah Johnson did a wonderful job for me arguing my case first with the previous supplier and then with the new supplier, both of whom had issued me with bills that were hundreds of pounds over-estimated. With some difficult negotiations she represented me and finally won the day with both suppliers. Well done Leah and thank you for your perseverance.
