V4 Consumer Avis 

Super impressed at great proactive customer service, which is refreshing, as you get connected to an actual helpful person without too long a wait. I had some issues initially connecting and they were on the ball helping me resolve it and sending out a replacement part very rapidly. The Internet is service is great and having used various broadband providers over the years, this is the best experience I've had.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience as a V4 customer.
My WiFi performance has consistently been poor. I appreciate that my location may limit the quality of the connection available, but I have found the customer service disappointing. In my experience, the technical support team were patronising, and the solutions suggested did not resolve the issues I was experiencing.
When I was offered a replacement router, the replacement I received appeared to be second-hand and was not working when it arrived.
I am now trying to leave the contract and have been told I will need to pay a significant exit fee, despite feeling that the service has not met my expectations.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

A buffering problem with the Reuter was sorted out efficiently and has not recurred.

I'm really disappointed with V4 Consumer. The internet speed I got never matched what I was paying, and it never felt like fair value. I switched to a new provider that costs me about the same each month and gives me roughly 10 times the speed, which shows how poor V4's value really was.
Even though I ended my contract early and don't use their service at all anymore, they still want me to pay every remaining month at the full amount. There's no flexibility and no recognition that I was paying for speeds I never got.
It feels like they care more about collecting payments than about giving customers a decent service. Before you sign up, check the early termination terms carefully and compare what other providers give you for the same price.

Broadband is terrible for the price with constant drops in speed and repetitive lag spikes

Friendly staff, prompt installation, thx Callum at Open Reach, there was a small hiccup with the password. It was dealt with swiftly by Smita, who was a pleasure to talk to.

V4 responded to my request and just over 48hrs my loss of voicemail on my mobile phone was restored. I was so pleased that messages could be left again. Well done to Malik and the technical team!

needed to contact the Billing Department. My query was dealt with in efficient and professional manner. It was resolved within week.

V4 are fantastic, best service supplier ever. They have sorted service issues out everytime within 48 hours. My services stopped Friday night but could not call until Monday, I did not want to unplug any cables incase it damaged my units. I was told what to do by the service adviser and found the problem to be the outreach box power supply unit. A replacement was sent within 48 hours and everything started after approx one hour resetting itself up again great service very proffesional and knowledgeable when discussing problems and getting you back on line again brilliant.
