My experience is, 1) the company is faithfully, because they never fail their promises, and also their staff get time for their customers

I'm sure people had no problem with the service IF there were no issues, because actually they're just reselling EE services at inflated prices. The problem is firstly you don't even have an online portal login AT ALL, so you can't even do something as simple as check your billing online, forcing you to deal with their awful, pushy and over apologetic customer service. We have two SIMs and were left without service on both of them over a whole week when a phone broke and the esim couldn't be immediately replaced because they have no physical stores, they tried to charge an excessive fee for a physical SIM which they quickly dropped when I threatened to leave, then failed to post it to us for about a week due to human error, and finally deactivated the wrong SIM when they went to activate the new one leaving both of us without service until they got more SIMs out. Then when you try to leave you realise you're locked into a 24 month broadband contract which they also charge an excessive termination fee for (well over industry regulations and probably illegal). The final straw, my partner ran out of data after a holiday and after a whole day and multiple promises from their reps we still have not restored service for her when with any other provider I could have just upped the allowance in a few minutes online, not to mention going direct to EE instead we found we can both get unlimited data for 30% cheaper a month plus a TV package which v4 don't even provide. Just avoid.

Amazing service and quick to resolve issues

Malik was very good and very professional in his position in making myself understand everything as a customer.

I was very happy with the person who looked into and solved my problem. He was very helpful while I was quite flustered at times ie he calmed me down and was very patient with me. He also promised to ring me back to check my problem had been thoroughly solved and if I had any questions to ask. A wonderful man for the job!!!

Absolutely ridiculous company, rude on the phone whenever you have issues, we left them, paid our invoice left and they were stills ending us monthly bills to be paid and threating and then telling me to dismiss the emails they were still sending after! Upon requesting the hardware box back they demanded I paid to send it back to them which I said no, they eventually provided a paid label, which I took to the post office as they said I could and they couldn't send it as it needed to be printed, multiple times I said to v4 about I can't print it as I work alot and don't have access to any printer as every shop is closed by the time I finish work, I asked for a QR code so I can drop it off at a post office before work, they wouldn't provide this and I kept asking and then they sent a threating email saying they were going to fine me for the device, I told them to come and get it themselves, or provide a way I can send it back. What happens for the elderly or those who cannot leave their house, v4 are absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. In the end my sister kindly sent it off for me when I saw her as she has a printer. The label was invalid and they couldn't send it!
