Jeff has been super helpful. He worked with me on my credit approval and always answered all my questions in a timely manner. He gave me choices of flights letting me know up front which would cost more or less for seats baggage etc he didn’t try and scam more money in places I may have never noticed. Very helpful

We recognize our pricing has to be higher than the marketplace because we permit customers to spread payments over 12 months. We are always looking at ways to keep prices down -- better purchasing arrangements with our vendors, better vetting of customers to avoid defaults, more attractive financing terms with our bank, etc. Our focus is on delivering a fun and affordable vacation to our customers.

My first trip using vacation wiser. My expectations were high but I was let down by the representative and I always ended speaking to a manager. I plan on using the service again for another trip. Hopefully I won’t have the same representative.

We realize our prices are higher than buying from other travel agencies or direct from the vendor. We have to take into account the various costs associated with financing -- not just the cost of money, but the number of defaults, and the infrastructure needed to review financing requests or follow up on people who do not pay. We offer credit to many people who would not qualify with other vendors because we take into account their employment status.
That being said, our program is not for everybody. Many people are able to obtain better terms based on a strong credit background. Our goal is to make travel fun and affordable for everybody.

We introduced a new itinerary program at the end of November (about two weeks after we sent you your itinerary) that provides more information on different parts of the trip. This gives you more functionality to access a mobile and desktop version of your itinerary, along with the PDF version. This may helped you with the first part of your comment.
We are working on improvements to our website that will give customers access to their account so they can see their current balance and number of payments left to make. In the meantime, please email us and we would be happy to give you an update. I will send that to you in a separate email.

Great Way to Pay for a Super Vacation!
I tried VacationWiser last year 2019, for a trip to the Dominican Republic. My Company had VacationWiser as an option under Discounts Programs. I enjoyed talking and working with the Travel Agents and followed their recommendations for best deals for my money. They facilitated a Fantastic Vacation for my family and we had it paid off through their program in no time at all.
