After 20+ years of no assistance and no path forward, I was referred to VA Insiders who gave me the assistance I needed to finally submit my claim and get a disability rating. Their program is top notch and provided me with the resources, training, and coaching I needed to be prepared for not 1, but 2 C&P exams. I went from 0 to a 70% disability rating. Coach Brian was fantastic! I highly recommend VA insiders.

I have been working with VACI and Coach Sandra for about 3.5 years. The education and knowledge helped me finally get the benefit that I deserve. The knowledge and advice from the VACI helped me get to 100%- I was able to do it with my primary condition. I have been out of the military for 35 yrs. This was a great experience. Coach Brandon walked me through the entire process and helped me keep my spirits up when the claim was initially denied. Brandon walked me through the appeals process, and my claim was approved. I would most likely have NOT made it without his help. The VA claims process is not rocket science, but it can be fairly daunting. If you are inclined to try it on your own, go for it. It's kinda like taking a driving test without any instruction or experience. Some can do it, but most will struggle. VA Claims Insider is a quick and efficient way to get help maneuvering the mysteries of the VA claims process.

My experience was a long sometime exhausting journey. The shining light was Coach Jenn always staying positive and encouraging me to stick with it no matter what. Her steadfast attitude was encouraging and made me trust her ability to get the job done. Thank you.

Summary:
1) Extremely patient & knowledgeable coaches
2) A vast amount of experience, information, training sessions, and links to educate & guide you through the rating process. Their affiliation with Telemedica, which connects you with medical professionals trained & rated for the VA process, is a game changer.
3) Payment calculations (dollar amount) are adequately described up front, but the actual payment process is not, which IMHO, is lacking in security and thus, security assurances to the customer.

If you're seeking knowledgeable people who can guide you through the VA rating process, then go to VA Claims Insider. I joined VACI after achieving a 90% rating on my own, but simply couldn't get that extra 10%. Because of this, I joined VACI and worked with coaches Ash & then Chris who were phenomenal in getting me over the finish line to 100% P&T. Their patience, knowledge, and understanding of how I needed to proceed cannot be understated. Many times, after receiving a denial letter, I wanted to throw in the towel however they talked with me and gave me the incentive & drive to continue working towards my 100%.

I cannot say enough about the wealth of information, training, and links VACI provides. Their affiliation with Telemedica combined with the coach’s guidance, are what got me over the threshold because I simply wasn't knowledgeable about secondary service connections or the aggravations my ratings had caused, nor was I able to provide the needed medical insight and verbiage which Telemedica did.

My only complaint and thus 4 Stars (otherwise this would be a 5 star review) is the payment process which should be extremely important to anyone. I joined VACI knowing what I’d need to pay, having calculated the amount prior to joining, so I had no issues there. However, the payment process is poor, at best. When I get warnings from Microsoft and my Web Browser that the site I’m connecting to is not HTTPS and thus not secure, I have a HUGE issue providing my banking information when trying to make a lump sum payment. Speaking with a person in Invoicing/Billing, I explained my concern and was told the site was secure then, when I explained the warnings I received, the person stated she didn’t have any knowledge of site security but I could contact Customer Service! Payment involves either 12 monthly payments or a lump sum (saving 10%) which means providing bank account information or using a credit card (+2.69% for card fees). I offered to do a Bank-to-Bank Account Transfer or send a check but was told neither was an option. So, faced with no other choice than what's offered on a non-secure site, I chose the credit card path costing me over two hundred dollars, but I have control over my card. I will NOT provide banking information over a non-secure site. So be forewarned on this aspect.

In summation, other than the payment process, I highly recommend VA Claims Insider for anyone seeking excellent guidance, years of experience, and the keys to professional medical personnel well versed in the VA process.

Not much prep going into C&P. I researched online myself except for a 10 min call from coach. She was extremely nice but not very helpful. Also did not give clear direction on getting to 100% . We were led to believe the mental component would get us there. Two weeks into our relationship I found out how to calculate the VA math myself and realized the best I could be elevated to would be 90%. After bringing this to her attention she informed me I would have to rate 100% on the mental C&P to get to 100%. Obviously you have to be in pretty bad shape to rate 100% on the mental CMP researched and found the average rating was 70% I received a 50% rating . I did receive a call from a coach who replaced the one I was working with she seemed very knowledgeable. However, after this experience, I don’t think I will be working with VA insider again.

Outstanding company for veterans to get the benefits they deserve. There coaches are very personable and knowledgeable of the VA process. I would highly recommend all Vets to join Va Claims Insider. You will not regret it. I would give them 6 stars if there was one.

Would not recommend at all. Got myself to 80% with no help. At a cost of roughly $2,200.00 out of pocket my increase was 10%. I think I’m better off doing this myself. Only time their communication was constant was when they wanted money from me. Sometimes receiving 2 emails a day.

VA insider provided the advice and steps I needed to get to 100% P&T. Gil Suga was spot on in areas that needed to be explored. He was very knowledgeable and kept me on target. Anyone reading this should consider using Coach Suga if they want to achieve the benefits they deserve.

I had an excellent experience. Coach Sandra Halioua went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She truly cares about disabled veterans and made me feel valued from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I'm still at the same rating that I had almost 1yr ago and the coach may contact me every 4 to 5 months just for a update on a status nothing else. Might as well be doing the whole process on my own.withoit the local VA help I wouldn't be as far as I am not because of VA claimer. Will not be recommending my few VA friends to them just to give up free money for no help.

I was guided through the steps to complete a claim. They put me in contact with doctors who wrote my letter.

I started this journey about 3 yrs ago. My first claim for PTSD took 2 1/2 years to accomplish and I was only rated at 30%. I had no idea what I was doing at the time, which is why things didn't go well. Through my Vet Center Councilor I had learned of the VA Claims Insider group. I contacted them and was matched with Coach Kimberly. In the last couple of months of me being educated and guided on how to proceed, I have filed claims that have increased my overall rating from 30% to 90%, with my last claim only taking 5 days! They are very well informed on how to proceed with the VA and have the resources available to help anyone succeed. This investment will affect the rest of my life. The battle isn't quite over. I still have that last 10% to get, but I believe we will be successful. And for the first time in many years, I have hope for the future. And for that alone, I am eternally grateful for all the help I have received from Kimberly.
