This company is hands down LEGITIMATE
This company is hands down LEGIT! Listen up, if you are on the fence or not sure you need help, don’t waste anymore of your time fighting alone. I was only able to get 40% alone. They took me from 40-80 then 80-90, and just last week I finally crossed the finish line with 100. These people have the resources and knowledge to help you, thanks to my first coach Andrew and my last coach Eric! Both of you were extremely helpful and I sincerely appreciate everything you did!

The people right off the bat were on point, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated information just as I was having a question form. They were able to help me navigate the "ask the correct person the correct question" with the VA.

I tried for years on my own
I tried for years on my own. Basically getting the door shut in my face. All the free help, said they couldn't do anything for me.
I almost gave up hope and then contacted VA Claims Insider and they turned it all around. They were very nice!! Helpful!!! and amazing to work with.
Gave me the tools and knowledge needed to make it, the less stressful it could be.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is not a reputable company
This is not a reputable company. When you have a billing issue, they disappear. I left over a dozen voicemails for someone to call me back and assist me, nothing. Once they’re done selling to you, they couldn’t care less. I’ve steered several of my fellow Vets away from this company, hopefully this review will discourage more. Contact your VSO’s or a reputable VA claims lawyer.

Support team is the best
Im so glad a Coworker told me about VA Claims Insider. The VA had me convinced I was on auto deny. I can not speak highly enough about my coach Jaime, this man reached out to me on his vacation to Puerto Rico just to answer questions. The training videos are easy to understand and follow.

VA Clams Insiders provided the insight to get me to 100%
VA Clams Insiders provided critical insight and walked me through what the evaluation process would be like. They referred me to medical expertise that discussed/evaluated my issues then provided me a Nexus letter. This was the key factor in validating my disability during C&P exam. I was expecting 60% and was awarded 100% based on the solid evidence I provided with insight from my coach and his team. My extreme and heartfelt thanks to Andrew Porter!

A happy and grateful customer
My coach, Laura Morato provided me with expert advice and mentorship. She had me prepared at each step of the process so well that when I submitted the claim it was approved in two weeks. My rating was increased from 60% to 90%! Our goal is 100% and I have every confidence that she will strive to have me prepared for success. I couldn't have done this without her or VA Claims Insider! VA Insider helped me understand the process.
I never imagined I could find help processing my claim. I got denied once and quit years ago. I asked other vets for insight and they couldn't even provide me that. It's like they didn't even know how they got disability. I heard about VA Claims Insider and filled out the questions online. Within minutes someone was calling me. We spoke for about 10 mins, but it was the first time I had hope in 20 years.
My coach called me and we discussed a strategy and for the first time everything started to make scense to me. My coach guided me through the enter process and forms.
I've have gotten one claim approved and waiting on results of two more.
