Trust the Process
When I first started working with VA Claims Insider, they asked me to trust the process. Filing my claim with the VA is something very personal and I was weary to turn it over and put it in their hands. Right before filing my claim I spoke with my coach Michael Ashberry about my concerns and he gave me the confidence to trust the process. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Collecting money from a HLR is crap…
Collecting money from a HLR is crap when there is no coaching or help provided but denied. Leaving it solely on the respof the Veteran. There for you did nothing to earn anything of the increase if won.

My experience with VA Claims Insider…
My experience with VA Claims Insider has been overwhelmingly positive, and a major part of that is due to the exceptional guidance I received from my counselor, Michael Ashberry. From the very beginning, Michael walked me through the entire process step by step with patience, clarity, and genuine understanding. Knowing that he personally went through VA Claims Insider and successfully achieved his own 100% rating made his support even more reassuring. He truly understands what veterans are going through and what it takes to succeed in the claims process.
Michael’s knowledge of how VA ratings work, what claim raters look for, and how to present evidence effectively was invaluable. He never rushed me, always made sure I understood each step, and consistently kept me on track. Under his direction, I was able to reach my 100% rating in just 60 days, an incredibly fast turnaround that I would not have achieved on my own.
As a whole, VA Claims Insider does an excellent job educating its clients on how the VA claim process works, what the VA looks for, and how disability ratings are calculated.
Overall, my experience was smooth, informative, and successful. With a knowledgeable counselor like Michael Ashberry and a company that truly understands the system, the process becomes much less overwhelming. As long as you follow the guidance and do your part, you will absolutely see results. I’m extremely grateful for the support and highly recommend VA Claims Insider to other veterans looking for the help they deserve.

Very Supportive
My coach reveiwed my records and provided recommendations for appropriate evidence required for a migraine claim that I was unaware of. After following his advice and obtaining the proper medical evidence, I was awarded a 50% rating for migraines.

DIY with technical assistance
When I started the process they were in a transition and it was a bit chaotic.I got the feeling that case load increased significantly for coaches.Messages are eventually returned though it can take a few days.Did not run into anything that it caused a problem.They partner with telemedica which provides extremely helpful Nexus assistance.The services provided arent cheap but if you look at it as a cost to benefit or return on investment its almost reasonable.
