Knowing what I deserved and what I needed to do to get.it!
The agent was very knowledgeable and understood what I deserved and how to apply to get it! She reviewed my original claim and and immediately knew that I should have received a higher rating and she also walked me through the process of submitting my claim for an increase in my rating.

VA Claims Insider is wonderful. I had no idea how to file a claim or even know how the VA works. They are very knowledgeable and have a great process to help you. At first I was nervous and unsure about the process. But the coaches are very helpful. I am so thankful and grateful for my coach Michael Ashberry. He takes times to explain and is very patient in helping me with any questions or filling out forms. But what I am mostly thankful for is that he has given me confidence and a belief in myself. He has become more than my coach, he has become my brother. VA claims insider is a family that supports you.

The Insider rep walked me through the complete process! Instructions on highlighting critical points to strengthen your case! I didn’t believe that I had a chance! But with their help and guidance I got through with amazing results! Very happy with the complete progress!

Knowledge was above and beyond. I followed my coaches guidance and at first claim was denied then did HLR and got my claim approved and was reassured.

The VA Claims Insider Team was Great!
I started with VA Claims Insider after seeing an ad but I wasn’t sure how they would do. They are very professional and my Coach Tony walked me through the program and all options. There were educational videos to assist with filing paperwork and walking you through the various steps needed to file a claim, Supplemental Claim, Higher Level Review, or Board Appeal.
When my rating was increased my Coach was just as excited for me as I was. Thank you Coach Tony.
I think people are scared off when they see there are costs associated with receiving a higher rating but I believe those costs are so minimal in the long run based on what you gain. Think about the ROI.

I highly recommend VA claims insider
I highly recommend VA claims insider, for every veteran who has filed a claim with the VA and have been denied. It took me 4 years I'm denials and appeals only to receive a 10% increase but when I reached out to the VA claims insider they got me to 100% in 8 weeks best money I ever spent I only wish I knew of them 4 years ago. I did get an increase on my disability…
I did get an increase on my disability rating and I paid my bill on Nov 18th, it shows in my account to be "Paid in full". Since then I have received no less than 35 emails titled "Congrats on your win! Here’s what comes next" asking me to pay my bill. WTF over? This does not reflect a professional company. there is a "NOTE: Similar communications will continue until a selection of payment type is selected below." note, so how do I stop receiving these emails?
UPDATE 11/24/2025-I have literally received over 500 e-mails, I'm getting over 100 a day and it is really starting to bug me. I hope someone reaches out soon, I called this morning and the person I talked to said they would send a note to my coach.
UPDATE 12/8/25-I did call my coach and she was going to call her supervisor. On 11/26/25, after receiving over 700 e-mails the e-mails suddenly stopped. No one from the company ever did reach out to me.

Coach Juan has been a huge help
Coach Juan has been a huge help. The fee amount is on the high side 4 months would be a better fee than 6 but I am thankful that there is 0% payments for 12 months. That is a tremendous help since I am currently maxed out financially.

VA Claims Really Helped Me
I had a great coach, Michael Ashberry. Michael virtually held my hand every step of the way and was very patient when I didn’t quite understand something. Michael is always upbeat, positive and he made me feel as though I was his only client. The game plan that Michael laid out was successful. Michael continues to check in with me periodically.
