Extremely expensive up front but could be useful for hard claims
Super useful going through step by step on my first claim with the VA but turns out that service was free everywhere else so I kinda messed up by signing the contract with that. The coach did provide helpful info at the beginning but I had to reach out to him more often than not and then I just decided to watch YouTube to get answers to questions I may have.
I might use the service again down the road but the cost is way to high to justify it at the moment especially with the hands off approach since I feel like I got zero value at all from the service.

It took a long time to get to 100% and Coach Jamie was there every step of the way. He provided counseling and guidance and got me to where I deserved to be. His experience definitely helped and I appreciate everything he has done to help me get here.

Fast and easy
The guidance so far has been amazing. I went from 70% to 80% and to be honest took 3 months because I delayed getting started. Once I actually followed instructions it was only about 3 weeks that I got my increase!! I am looking forward to continuing my path to what I hope will be 100%. Don't keep pushing it off and call them to start to see results.

My coach, Rachelle Seaberry, is phenomenal!!! I wasn’t sure what to expect when starting but I took a chance and I’m glad that I did. She has been polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable!! I have referred several fellow veterans. I hope their coaches are as amazing as Rachelle.

There was a story about Henry Ford and Charles Proteus Steinmetz an electrical genius. A massive generator at Henry Ford’s River Rouge plant failed, and Ford’s own team of experts couldn’t pinpoint the issue. Enter Steinmetz. He showed up with just a notebook, pen, and a folding cot. For two days and nights, he listened, scribbled complex calculations, and observed every hum and vibration.
Finally, he climbed the generator with chalk, a tape measure, and a ladder. After marking a single spot and directing the crew to unwind exactly 16 turns of wire from that precise point, the generator roared back to life—good as new.
A few days later, Ford received Steinmetz’s invoice: \$10,000. Surprised, he asked for an itemized bill. Steinmetz responded:
* “Placing the chalk mark: $1
* Knowing where to place it: $9,999”
Ford paid without question—and that tiny invoice has become a timeless reminder that expertise is priceless.
This story resonates with me when working with the VACI, its coaches (previous ones) and specifically Brandon Ellison.
Brandon and I worked together for two years to go from 70% to recently 100%. The whole time he was optimistic making no promises and had a way to negotiate each obstacle. He replied to every single one of my questions with concise details as well as layman terms never making me feeling ignorant.
I want to be clear that you have to apply yourself to the instructions just as you would in the military. VACI is providing an expert service and a convenience and are very patient and kind.
My best advice is to stay busy, work on yourself as the claim process cooks on the back burner and listen to your coach. Before you know it, you'll have your 100%

Received my first rating
I was referred to VA Claims Insider by a co-worker after being denied doing it myself. Working with my coach I was able to receive my first rating and looking to submit more. I highly recommend VA Claims Insider, they care and are great to work with.

Use free web resources if you can before signing a contract
I would not recommend this company to everyone. I'm sure they do help some people but for me I really didn't use many of their services. I did about 99% of the work for having to pay out so much money. I suspect the coaches only did about 2 hours work. The problem with this company is one size payment doesn't fit all even if they don't charge for some members. They do provide resources at an additional cost for getting a nexus letter done which is something that was useful. I suspect this company and many others won't be around for too much longer once people realize that most of what they are looking for can be found for free using AI tools or the VA website. For those that aren't tech savvy you may benefit from this service, but the price is high.
