reliable company

My order was ready for collection in less than 24 hours. Always a high-quality product, prompt service and the clay was loaded into my car for me. Excellent all round

Great communication to arrange delivery, fast efficient service.

Very easy transaction. Quick to find my item and a simple check out. All good.

I made the order too close to the annual holiday for an immediate delivery. However my order was prepared and despatched on the earliest available date. As always, the team at Valentines were friendly and helpful.

Great service. Always delivered on time with very friendly staff when ordering. Clay is always perfect. Well done guys.

Good quality clays and it's great to see how many of each product are available from the website now.

Great selection, fast service. I collected a small selection of clays just before Easter weekend. Great to have such a wonderful manufacturer nearby, huge range and always helpful.

Super efficient.

Great service, prompt attention.

Great to deal with - thank you!

Customer service is so good here; whatever you need to ask, they're friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. They're patient and kind even if you don't know much about clay. There is a complete range of versatile clay and every product you need to work with it. Really impressed. This is my ceramics go to.

I was put through very quickly to the right person who then proceded to check their stock and place my order. My collection requirements were met in full, leaving me a very satisfied customer.
