Exceptional Customer Service
I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 free offer placing 2 orders of White Neroli & Lemon & Lemongrass & Rosemary.
Tbh I wasn’t impressed with the White Neroli & Lemon so contacted Valentte. Stacey from Customer Service responded by email & offered a return/refund or replacement. I requested to return the Neroli & receive Lemongrass & Rosemary which has a beautiful scent. I promptly received a returns label. The returns label is prepaid & the return itself took a few days which is a nice touch. I have now received confirmation of my replacement order. I am so impressed with Valentte & with the way Stacey handled my queries promptly. Valentte has surpassed my expectation & provided exceptional customer service, thank you!!

I absolutely love these products I was…
I absolutely love these products I was gifted some and was totally converted from spending money on cheaper diffusers thats dont last along as these actually do ,saving myself more money in the long run, the smells are beautiful and even the soap is so creamy and soft on your skin ,its a 5 star + from myself dont purchase anything else now I suggest if you haven't tried give it a go ,they also have lots of discounts and offers

I love these products
I love these products. A friend bought me a room diffuser at Christmas and I have now filled my house with them, and buy them for all my friends. The fragrance last longer than any other I have ever bought.
I had to contact customer services recently as I had accidentally placed 2 identical orders and they responded quickly by email, cancelling the order and refunding. Excellent service. Highly recommend in every sense.

Disappointing
Really disappointed with the scents. Bought 4 different scents in total (3 diffusers (patchouli & eucalyptus, white neroli & lemon, jasmine & rosewood) and a free lemongrass and rosemary gift box) and was expecting them to smell welcoming, unique and to have a bit of depth to them, but instead they all smelled pretty generic/similar, synthetic and a little like my nan's house.
Maybe some of the other scents are nice and I just picked poorly? In terms of the the ordering/delivery process, I don't have any complaints - delivery was fast and the order was nicely packed.

I’ve always been a little bit in love with the lemongrass and rosemary reed diffusers and the fragrance of my latest order didn’t disappoint. However, the reeds had a bit of an issue. I contacted customer service and with in 24hrs I was reassured that they would put it right and received notification that a replacement was on its way.
What a breath of fresh air to not have to wait, not have to chase and to not be disappointed that a company didn’t care about me as a customer.

First class customer service/products
I’ve been buying their products for some time and although can be a little more expensive than others, the scent is amazing and they last so much longer so worth buying.
I recently had an issue with a purchase (first time ever), and their customer service is first class, giving even more confidence in buying from them. I would highly recommend this company and its products.

Disappointed
I purchased the buy 2 get 2 free offer. The reed diffusers have very little scent unless you pick up the reeds and smell them up close. It looks nice, but the fragrance is too subtle to notice in the room. I live in a small property with very small rooms. My husband also commented about the lack of smell and he hardly ever notices these things. I had high expectations about these diffusers and I am very disappointed. I am sad to say I will not be re-purchasing.

I absolutely love the fragrances, the diffusers are the best I’ve had they last so long and the handwash, hand cream, room sprays and candles are all amazing. So many to chose from. Great value and five star customer service. I had an issue with one of my diffusers and Stacey sorted it out immediately she was amazing. Highly recommend using this business.

I was hesitant to order from here after…
I was hesitant to order from here after seeing a couple of negatives on trustpilot however I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 free. I wasn’t expecting delivery to be so quick so that was a bonus. I opened up all 4 reed diffusers and have them round the house and wow, I am seriously impressed. I don’t know how people say they can’t smell anything, my 4 that I have ordered are all strong and I can smell them really well. So impressed I have just placed a bigger order! Will 100% be a returning customer. So glad I found Valentte ❤️

Didn’t last long
After reading so many great reviews I gave these a try. They do smell nice but I have a tiny bit left in them after just less than 3 weeks! Other ones I buy generally last a good few months.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Royal Mail left my parcel at my door and it was taken. A replacement order was swiftly sent out in time for me to be able to gift my purchases to their recipients. A free diffuser offer wasn’t placed in my original basket upon ordering, which I hadn’t even noticed, but customer service did and included it in the replaced order. A very happy customer. I will continue to use and recommend.

I was having trouble placing my order…
I was having trouble placing my order and contacted Valentte. Lisa called me at about 6.30pm and could not have been lovelier or more helpful The order was placed successfully and painlessly and she was a joy to deal with. I was further delighted when I saw my order had been shipped the next morning. I now look forward to receiving my parcel. Thank you. I have discovered now that an old browser was to blame!!!!!

Disappointed
To be honest, a little disappointed. Have brought two sets at £39,99. They do smell lovely, but not a room game changer as I expected from all the hype, promotions and reviews. Other cheaper products so have brought from elsewhere have had much better lingering fragrance, and last a lot longer. Disappointed 😞
