App is great

App is great. The only problem was with the transfer it took 1hr 38 mins to get credited to my NRI account

One of the best app to transfer money…

One of the best app to transfer money at google rate.
Unfortunately their customer service is only through chat which is always non responsive.
However i faced issues in my transfer twice and i contacted their instagram page, they gave me contact of their grievance officer contact and he was very helpful and solved the issue in an hour.
My suggestion is to make your live chat efficient as it only way to communicate.

Was never able to send money using

Haven't been able to send money using this app in the past three months with the message "We are currently not accepting any transfers. We will let you know once we are live" (I am doubtful how others are able to send).

I reached out to their customer care multiple times about it but I get the same response - "We will contact you when the service will be running again".

I have seen the exchange price to be better than other provider (if only it ever worked)

The best ever money transfer app

The best ever money transfer app , i have transferred around 70k AED on the best exchange rate ever on INR given by any exchanges I'm so happy that i found this one at the correct time more over the transfer time it hardly takes 15mints for a transfer to India

They are Cheaters

They are Cheaters. Don’t send money through them. They play with your money and make profits either by delaying or holding for weeks. Will never respond to your mails. There is no contact number to catch. Literally they are out of radar if you want to hold them. Don’t loose your money

This is the worst app I have seen

This is the worst app I have seen, I have transferred money to Vance on 19th February, till date the money haven't reached the beneficiary. I have chat with supporting agent no one is guiding me properly, to whom I should contact? Is this the way of servicing to costumers, I guess I lost money because of this careless app, those supporting agent takes 2 hours to answer?
Almost 5 reminder emails have been send to vance support with no response or call back.
Still awaiting a refund of the transfer.
If this approach continues, I am forced to seek legal assistance to resolve the issue....Any one with similar issues please connect

I did a manual fund transfer from my uae bank account to my vance account. The amount not credited to vsnce since 5 days.The bank confirmed that the funds credited to beneficiary account. Follow-ups are on.Unreasonable delay and very difficult to get a response from support.
No direct call options to customer care, WhatsApp bot response are poor with no tangible solutions. Email send and awaiting response.

I send all the transaction details from my email. to , helpatvance.tech and escalations atvance.tech

This is the worst app I have seen, I have transferred money to Vance on 17th February, till date the money haven't reached the beneficiary, showing as transfer failed, I have chat with supporting agent no one is guiding me properly, to whom I should contact? I send my money from UK LLOYD BANK to…

I send my money from UK LLOYD BANK to INDIA through Vance apps on Saturday 15th February 2025 till today morning 17th February about in UK time 8:25am I haven't credited any single money in my India bank account. This is very is unusual apps and also they haven't any chat replying straight away after 24hrs still they haven't ant reply to me and no any mail answers as well I think I lost my £3000 it's my 2 month Salary gone. Also they don't have any customers contact no. As well any Google or anywhere please everyone to I request no Download the VANCE apps and no send any single money. This is the 3rd class service and worst apps. Please please please 🙏 I request nobody send .
