The original driver unexpectedly canceled the order. However, the team responded very quickly, arranged a replacement driver within an hour, and resolved the issue. The response was excellent, and we really appreciate the support.

We had a big move yesterday and we were very happy with how efficient and adaptable the team was. From the first contact with Joseph (still working while he was on holiday) to a quotation visit by Alex, we were impressed by their responsiveness and timeliness. Alex and Yuri were amazingly diligent and good humour throughout the packing and moving, in punishing heat no less. They were very careful with our electronics and piano. They even helped us connect our washing machine at the new home. Thanks very much again for making our move more manageable.
