Super fast service. I was called by them to check I was ordering the correct cover and asked for a WhatsApp photo to confirm. Cover arrived the next day. Yet to be fitted but it looks good.

I have ordered a wing mirror which was hired for moving my office stuff to new place, it was hit by some one on parked palace, need to return next day, I have ordered Fiat Ducato long arm wing mirror is after noon and got it next day and fitted and returned van back, Quality of wing mirror is exactly same as orginal broken one, can't diffrenciate, price is much cheaper than dealer and very fast next day tracked delivery from Royal Mail. Thaks for quick delivery and customer support to find correct part for hired van.

I needed a replacement glass/backing plate for my girlfriend’s VW Beetle but wasn’t sure about the exact part, the size, or how to fit it myself. Total scammers. I ordered a wing mirror cover for my Citroen Dispatch. The part that arrived doesn't fit and they have not responded to my email. I ordered the same part from Euro Car Parts which fits perfectly.
Don't trust these guys as all they want is your money.

I had a couple of issues with my delivery (Royal Mail) and each time I contacted Van wingmirrors I was met with nothing but great service. They were always extremely responsive and apologised for an error that was a Royal Mail issue and not anything in their control. Twice they re-sent my package at no extra cost to me and treated me as a valued customer. For this reason I would recommend. but suggest they possibly change courier service as it is an unfair reflection on them that the reviews for poor service are mainly delivery related.

Do not trust the next day delivery. This was our only reason for ordering Saturday afternoon, chose Evri next day delivery as it didn’t specify if this was excluded on Sundays.

Monday comes along still no dispatch email. Refund received. It should be next working day delivery, or should be specified before purchasing as I looked everywhere to check there wasn’t an exclusion and if it is listed it is not clear at all.

Ordered and paid for mirror. Order never received by royal mail.
No response from two emails I've sent and no answer on the mobile number advertised.
Do not use. Take note of the negative reviews

Bought a drivers mirror for my Fiat Motorhome , mirror seemed good quality but sensor read -34 when it was 6 degrees, complained and got palmed off by someone who didn’t have a clue , although I have tried to get a replacement ,contact has ignored me and won’t respond to messages 😤

Prompt service for two parts (blindspot mirror & indicator lens), but the website did not provide accurate info, so the indicator product delivered was not a bayonet fitting as stated, while only a stick-on blindspot mirror was offered but I needed a clip-on mirror, although I didn’t realise this until I tried to fit the wrong part. Vanwingmirrors then sent me the correct parts, but I had to pay the postage to return the incorrect items.
The blindspot mirror fits OK, but the indicator lens is not a tight fit and it rattles. The screw holes are too tight to fully receive the screws which you can’t fully tighten up.

This company sent the wrong mirror, were unable to supply the mirror i'd ordered so sent me a returns label on the 29th Feb 20024, which i used and posted item back.

I still have not received a refund as promised.

Ordered a mirror and blind spot mirror for my van, delivered in good time and the right parts but the lower blindspot mirror was smashed in the packaging. Emailed the company twice, rang twice and left a voicemail, no response in over 2 weeks. Shocking customer service, looks like I'm not the only one by the reviews.

Order has arrived damaged having previously been cancelled without notification due to stock issues. Poor communication and just irritating that I need to superglue the light together to avoid even further delays, regret ordering from this company.

Fabulous service from Vanwing. Ordered part over the weekend and received on Tuesday technically next working day. Parts were delivered in two parcels. 1st parcel was not packed so well. I rang with concerns for the mirror element that had not been delivered together and was assured it would be delivered the same day which it was. The gent even called me back to make sure I was happy and I felt he went over and above expectations as I was a little stressed and he was very lovely to me so 5* rating from me. Part fit my T5 perfectly so thank you Vanwing
