Vape123 Avis 22

I initially ordered two rechargeable Vapes approximately August 24th, 2025. One arrived not working. They did eventually send me a replacement Vape. Worked good for 4 hours then randomly start flashing Non-Stop for about 6 to 8 hours. Wouldn't shut off. I was so afraid it would start a fire that I left it in my kitchen sink overnight as it is a battery and I was afraid it was going to either explode or start a fire. It drained all the Vape juice out and was unusable after 12 hours total. Clearly defective. Same thing happened with the first Vape I bought. It randomly kept flashing until the battery got to zero and vaporized all the juice out. Out of the two I ordered, both were unusable. Will never order anything from Vape 1 2 3 ever again. I don't even intend to send the second one back again, because I am to disgusted and disappointed. I would give zero Stars if I could

Never tecieved my order contacted 4 times no reply to emails no calls were answered. Disputed charges

The vape I received had no flavor and barely work I contacted them twice and no answer

Vape123 used to be my favorite but now the prices OMG elements vape is now the best deal. I can't believe they raised lost mary 19.99 for 15000 puffs seriously??? The vape shops are 2 for 40 so no more deals!!!! We are better off going to the corner store avoid shipping and tax. This is A huge let down I bragged about this company but they have showed me they are not loyal to customers we used to get A free vape not now! I was spending 155-200 ever other week until they jacked prices. Seriously visit elements vape!!!

Best legit vape site I've found shopping can be slow even if u pay more to get them quicker. Now I will say a few years ago when I started buying on the site u didn't have to verify that u was old enough u just had to click yes or no at over 21 a few months after that it changed so thankfully for the past 2/3 years u have to put your I.D in then after the first time of verifying with your ID as long as u have an account to log into u don't have to go through taking pictures of your I.D. I might not buy anymore from this site because the ones I smoke went from $13.99 to $19.99 but I still stand by them being a wonderful and honest site

This company shouldn't even get one star because a simple fact they sold to my 13-year-old daughter she had no proof of age nothing and they still sold it to her I just got the delivery today Will there be consequences oh yeah with this company.

I’ve been dealing with vape 123 for well over a year now and all of a sudden my last two packages get delayed and labels cancelled! Then they NEVER Reapond to emails, they’re voice box stays full not to mention I’ve spent tens of thousands with these guys and not once been offered a discount t! Poorest customer service I’ve dealt with and shipping is very untrustworthy I wo t order from them again In fear they’ll rip me off! Sim on the phone with my bank now contesting the charges and I’m done with these clowns

This company has REMARKABLE Customer Service!!! I use them all the time for my vaping needs and when my order arrived today I only received 5 of the 6 I'd ordered. So, I sent them an email with a picture of the invoice, and they got back to me in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! There was a mistake as 1 was out of stock, so they issued me and refund for the product immediately and it will be in my account within 3 to 5 business days! I am super impressed and recommend this company to anyone and everyone! (Of age of course!) Great job Vape123. I'll continue to be placing many orders in the future. 🩵✌️

I’ve bought the disposable Posh Max 2.0 vapes from Vape 123 for a year and have loved them. All of a sudden, they’re weaker, taste different and make a hissing sound after inhaling them. I’ve been a loyal customer but they’re using a different formula and cheap vapes. I’m never buying from them again. I ordered 5 that I literally had to throw away because they’re not the same at all.

Horrible business. Sent me a non working vape and have been zero help. They asked me to send a video showing how it malfunctions. Did that 5xs and they keep brushing me off saying they didn’t receive it. Really surprised they are still in business.

I just found out my 12 year old daughter was buying vapes from here. How is that possible when you legally must be 18? Of course I’m handling this at the home front now that I’m aware, but I just don’t understand how the purchase was made in the first place.

Order $73 in vapes, paid expedited shipping, 11 days later still no delivery. I requested a refund and I was told it takes 4 business days after processing the refund, which can take 1 or 2 days. Poor customer service, I DO NOT recommend using Vape 123 they are shady at this point and I’m having to report them to Visa as well.

Just want to warn people of these scammers. They recently just opened a new website called Hemp7x so you don’t want to shop with either one of them. I fell victim to this scam personally so I hope this helps you not to do the same! Shop elsewhere! Flawless vape shop is my favorite!
