I used to order Constantly from them. The last 2 orders were marked shipped but we're actually never shipped. Usps was able to tell me they received notice that the package was being dropped off later and it was never dropped off. Hence, shipping status of shipped is not accurate. This was the 2nd time this happened to me. Responses from the company are impossible to get! I start each email with 4th attempt, URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED, AND GET NO RESOLUTION. I was able to get a refund from the 1st $300 non shipped order. You would have thought they would have simply shipped my order priority instead of refunding me. I trusted them once more. My 2nd order, same deal. Never shipped. Usps tells me it's the same thing! Created a label and never dropped off the priority mail package that I paid extra for. All 6 emails have been ignored. This 2nd order I paid an additional $26.99 for priority, and the $400 order once again never shipped. I've already contacted my bank due to this issue. This is very sad because this company was my ride or die choice! Now, You can't catch me ever using them again! I'm not sure what the deal is but customer service is non existent and you can't even call them as the phone number they list says it's not taking calls. Everyday all day.

Update: Automated emails still saying my package was shipped out but only the label was created. Still no response after 6 emails. Pending charge to my credit card was finalized last night, bank dispute now open

I ordered Mr Fog Vapes and Lost Mary, Breeze, and North Vapes and Raz Vape. Order 2 flavors from each. I received the orders after 4 days . nicely packaged. My thoughts on yummypuffs.com, they are trusted and legit. The prices were fair, and the quality was good. I used to order from Element Vape. I think both companies are legit, and I have had great experiences here and there too. My opinion is Yummy Puffs is best to order vapes and i will do it again

When i first started buying from them they were great fast turn around except once i did pay for fast shipping and it still came late. Now my last few orders have taken 2 wks to arrive. They don't care about the customer. And its extremely hard to get a response from them. They respond super late and if they do respond and u ask another question u wont get a response. I placed an order on the 21st and I'm still waiting. You would think they wud have rushed to get the order out since a storm was coming on the 25. But instead my order wasnt picked up or sent out until today the 28. 8 days to ship an order is insane when you spending large sums of money i will definitely look for another place this is my last order with them

I WAS a return customer, verified address, age, and payment after 4 days of purchase. Phone number is null btw. 4 days later order states all verified 2 days longer order status shipped to receive 6 days later. This is the last purchase I will make at yummypuffs.

First order I would have given 5 star quick accurate. Second order came quickly half the products were incorrect a flavor I didn’t want or like. When called I was told I would receive a qr to return. Contacted multiple times and now I can’t even get a response

They took my money, but I did not receive my order. They say they sent it, then that my order was out of stock, then that they sent it again. Lies! Buyer beware!
