Received half an order from them
Received half an order from them. One clearomiser and not a single one of the four vape liquids I ordered. No email just a half empty parcel containing half an order and a stupid note saying:
‘…sorry, but we’ve been unable to send all the products you ordered today. The missing items are listed below and these will be sent ASAP’.
Absolutely infuriating. I just cannot understand why they allowed customers to order things that they obviously didn’t have in stock and then to have the audacity to send a single clearomiser. I was like, what the hell am I going to do with that with no liquid?
Absolute tools whoever decided that this was a way to send out a customer order. Not happy at all and would advise people to order elsewhere. This has caused me a mass inconvenience and now I have to buy the vape liquid from elsewhere. No idea when or if I will receive the vape liquid from them but better to avoid and not have the stress.

Further to our phone call just now, I'm very sorry that there was a delay with sending out your full order. As I explained, we found the e liquids had short expiry dates, so held off sending these until a new batch arrived from the supplier. I'm sorry this has inconvenienced you.
As discussed, I've created an order for an alternative flavour, and these will be sent out Royal Mail Tracked 24 on Monday so you should have them on Tuesday.
Apologies this order has not gone as smoothly as we would have liked but hopefully we have now resolved everything to your satisfaction.
