Vapex India was established in 2019 with a clear mission — to be one of the most trusted online destinations for authentic vape products in India, including disposable vapes, Elfbar disposables, high-puff devices and premium vape kits. We understand what Indian vapers search for — genuine disposable vape pens, Elfbar 30K / 40K puffs options, IGET bar, Yuoto, Nasty Max, pod systems and nicotine salt preferences. That’s why everything listed on Vapexlab.in is personally checked and verified by our local team before it goes online, so every flavour, puff count and performance claim is accurate and real. Our focus is on trusted service, secure packaging, reliable delivery across India, COD options and accurate product info so buyers don’t have to worry about fake or low-quality imports. Whether you’re a new user searching for best disposable vapes in India, comparing Elfbar flavours, or experienced and looking for top-rated devices, Vapex India strives to offer quality, safety and honest advice on every order. We’re dedicated to fast responses, timely dispatch and helping you make the right choice for your vaping needs.

Zero responsibility - borderline scam
I have previously made purchases from them, they did deliver those two times but the deliveries were always late. This time, I placed an order on the 27th of December 2025 and 2 days later (29th Dec 2025), upon following up on the order, they told me that they had a technical issue with Shopify for about 200 orders or so and that they'd send me the tracking details soon. Again, 2 days later (1st Jan 2026), I told them to send me the tracking details and they got back to me the next day, claiming that the order had been shipped and that they'll send me the tracking details soon (again). 2 days later yet again (4th Jan 2026), I told them to either send me the tracking details or to cancel the order and to send me the refund. Due to not receiving any replies in another 2 days, I started calling them but to no avail. They still haven't gotten back to me, I still haven't received the tracking details, I still haven't received the order nor have I received the refund.

Réponse de Vapex Labs India
Thanku for taking the time to share ur experience. Humein genuinely afsos hai for the inconvenience aur delay jo aapko face karna pada — ye bilkul bhi wo experience nahi hai jo hum apne customers ko dena chahte hain.
Thoda sa clarify karna chahenge ki ye issue New Year ke festive period ke dauraan hua, jab orders ka volume kaafi zyada aa gaya tha aur us time par majority staff holiday pe tha. Is sudden surge aur ek temporary technical + operational overlap ki wajah se kuch hi orders delay ho gaye (jisme aapka order bhi include tha). Chahe ye hundreds of orders me se sirf kuch cases the, lekin hum samajhte hain ki ek single customer ka experience bhi utna hi important hota hai.
Humein khushi hai ki aapka order ab successfully deliver ho chuka hai aur issue resolve ho gaya hai. Fir bhi, hum delay aur communication gap ki puri zimmedari lete hain.
Hum pichhle 4–5 saalon se consistently apne customers ko serve kar rahe hain aur har ek customer ki trust humare liye kaafi valuable hai. Is incident ke baad humne apne internal processes strong kiye hain aur extra staff bhi add kiya hai taaki peak seasons me operations smooth rahein aur response time better ho.
Aapka feedback hume improve karne me madad karta hai, aur hum aapko assure karte hain ki aage se aise situations repeat na ho. Agar future me kabhi bhi koi issue aata hai, hum full responsibility lenge aur turant action lenge.
Thanku for ur patience aur hume mauka dene ke liye to make things right.

Ignored me for 10 days after making a prepaid order from their site, no tracking link or anything and after that when I cancelled the order, they are ignoring me about the refund as well
