Excellent customer service
I’m new to vaping and after placing my order there was a problem however it was sorted quickly. Customer service is above and beyond what I expected to say I was surprised is an understatement.
When I collected my order everything was explained in detail, I left feeling confident that I understood my purchase.
I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that asks.

Due to your order being placed after 4pm on 09/11/20, we dispatched your order on 10/11/20 via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed.
Although Royal Mail do try to keep delays to a minimum, due to Covid-19 causing limitations on resources, there have been slight delays with some orders. I am sure you can appreciate that once we dispatch the order, it is out of our control.
