We are really sorry to hear this order has yet to arrive for you.
We have dispatched this order twice via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, the second parcel was resent on the 01/06/2020.
Generally, the 1-3 working days for 1st Class are still functional however, this will be dependent on the area it is being sent to and due to Covid-19, this can take a week or so.
We continuously check updates on Track and Trace and call Royal Mail directly.
I can only apologise for any delay and please be assured this should arrive in the next few days.
