First tried the free trial and noticed the difference straight away! So clear headed and great energy levels, I sometimes mix with a spoonful of coffee but I find when I do that I feel the crash later in whereas when I have it on its own I get all the benefits but without the crash later in the day, cant live without it now!

Excellent customer support

I've consumed their products many times, and I love them—especially the Cocoa Dust. I love its taste and how it makes me feel.

However, what I want to highlight today is the customer support. I had a problem with my Black Friday order: the shipping company lost the package. It wasn’t their fault, but they were 100% committed to solving the issue—and they did.

They were also there for me when I had a problem with my country’s customs. Again, it wasn’t their fault, but they responded and helped me throughout the process.

You can completely trust this company and their products.

Just like a delicious hot chocolate drink.

I first got a free sample (just pay for postage), which was a generous amount.
I wasn’t expecting great things as I’d tried this type of supplement before, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It tastes absolutely delicious. Just like a delicious hot chocolate. And my mind definitely feels sharper. I have now ordered more on subscription.

Incredible customer service. Could not be faulted 😊

I had some problems with a subscription arriving two days after I received my sample. So I haven’t actually tried it yet. I contacted the company who immediately refunded me the money and sent me out a product by way of apology. Over and above in terms of customer service. Very impressed. ☺️

good, but the price needs to go back down

when i comes to the health benefits, i think everyone will have a different experience with it, but overall im very happy with the effect they have on my mood and focus.

I quite like the products:

The vanilla one is OK, I like to put a scoop in my coffee. plain is not for me, but im making use of it right now.

The chocolate one is my favorite by far! the right sweetness, great cocoa taste, love it!

I'm not a great fan of sweets in general so wouldn't be fair to give my opinion on the gummy bears.

My only issue with these are the price. when i first got them on the trial, I was impressed, the price was probably just below the line of what i was willing to pay.

since then they have gone up in price, there is no way im paying what they are charging now, its just not worth it. i got the black Friday bundle deal which was ok cost, but no chance will i pay full price for them, they're not THAT good.

i hope these come back down in the future, a fair price would mean me coming back and im sure many others too

Unsure how or why. Loves the trial sachets and they left me not even wanting my usual decaf coffee but the pouch did :(

Amazing powder
