Great product, outstanding customer service, affordable products
I’m a big fan of companies that make a good product and back up their well-made product with helpful customer service.
Vaultek checks the box in both of these categories and does it at an affordable price. Well done.
Locking mechanism not powerful enough
My vaultek safe won't completely engage the Locking bolt mechanism with firearms inside. Even with new battery. Very disappointing as this feature was most of the selling point for me.
First of all I have three vaultek
First of all I have three vaultek. I love their reliability. I have one in each of my cars. I have a slider on the side of my bed. The access is so fast it is amazing. As far as the customer service goes I was looking for a nano button for my slider. My slider was a little bit on the older side and the 2.0 and the 3.0 wouldn't work. I called customer service and they were fantastic they told me Unfortunately they were out of stock but they told me exactly what to do. I must say everything worked out perfect and they were fantastic.
Excellent email customer support
Was having an issue with my MX safe and it not keeping a connection to WiFi and the screen frequently resetting itself. I emailed customer support and got a prompt replying diagnosing the issues as a battery that needs to be replaced. My general experience with emailing companies for questions and support has been that my email goes into a blackhole. Not the case with Vaultek here. I got a very quick replay and every subsequent reply was very fast and efficient.

Set up was initially confusing&have run into a problem now
Set up was initially confusing. Instructions could be better. Phone assistance was helpful. Now that the safe is squared away it seems solid.
A month later, Nov. 23, I’ve run into trouble. The wifi has stopped connecting and while Vaultek says it’s working on a fix it’s been well over a week. I’m trying repeatedly to connect the safe to my wifi and it won’t work. Waiting for additional customer service support.
Nov. 24: Customer service came through with a ‘’fix.’’ Safe working fine now. Thanks Vaultek!

Great Product!
I have had multiple small safes over the years to store my duty weapons as a law enforcement officer. I have had many different brands with with a myriad of locking mechanisms, and the Vaultek 20 Series is by far the best I have used. I love the auto-opening feature after initiating the quick biometric sensor, and the LED in the safe is very helpful in the dark. I have already ordered another to upgrade my wife's old Gun Vault safe.

Very solid safe with great features - this is the third safe I have purchased from VAULTEK and I have been happy with all 3!
Excellent service!
I had an issue with a 4-year-old safe. Their willingness to back-up a product out of warranty was awesome. I have always been a fan of their products - I have about 6 of their safes and this is the first time I have ever had an issue. Now I am a fan of their support too!
Zippers are a soft metal and came off
Safe case is sturdy.. components inside feel cheap. As a matter of fact, the zipper broke off as I was zipping the pocket.
Best quality products
Fast shipping, great products, they are worth every penny. I purchased the Colion Noir lifepod, a smaller lifepod and I love both so much that I just ordered the XRC 100i plus rifle case. Humidor will be next.
Persistence to fix the problem
I had a programming issue with a safe and the team worked with me through multiple options and remedies. Rather than giving up or declining further help, the team offered to replace the safe. Their patience and persistence is very unusual in the customer service world and appreciated.

A little disappointed in the Bluetooth app, which I forgot to set up on the first safe. Only works local, not with Wi-Fi. Guess that might be a safety hazard.
I couldn't ask for better customer…
I couldn't ask for better customer service and seamless communication. Even though my safe wasn't under warranty, they offered free service and parts on the simple stipulation that I pay for freight to send to them. After further analysis, they deemed it non-repairable, but yet still replaced it at no charge! I'm a very happy customer to say the least! Thanks Brandon!!
