I love how easy and painless Allstate makes it during tough times. No one wants anything to happen to their vehicle but things happen! The company stands by their product and doesn’t complicate things when you are trying to get a problem fixed!! Would purchase a warranty through them again!!!

The only thing was that they would not replace my radio when it was bad because it needs replaced and the rip in my seat it wouldn’t replace it. They said it was not covered, and I was sold on your policy that it would be covered.

I think the company and dealership need…
I think the company and dealership need to be on the same page they had to wait on the dealreship for certain paperwork I did all of the footwork to get things going it was between service department and dealership and claims department for the most part it got done a month later.

2019 CRV electrical issue
The customer service tech kept in close contact daily answering questions regarding warranty coverage and parts status while waits for real air and provided a loaner vehicle due to prolonged repair time.
