All staff were extremely courteous and…
All staff were extremely courteous and polite, making me tea and biscuits while I waited. The doctor was very knowledgeable and confident, explaining all parts of the consultation and treatment plan, leaving me happy to book the procedure.

A very satisfying experience
From the first communication I was made to feel very comfortable with the procedure I was about to have done.
Upon my first visit for the initial consultation I was made very welcome and confident in everything that Duncan Drury and his assistant had to say, this was all carried out in a very professional manner. The option of procedures was explained to me and Duncan’s professional opinion was the one that I accepted.
This was the EVLA Bilateral (both legs) +/- Sclerotherapy. Upon my second visit the treatment day, once again the signing in and the whole scenario made me feel relaxed. Duncan always came across in not just a professional manner but we talked like we were friends.
Duncan explained to me what was going to happen in detail and this was carried out to the highest quality of medical practice. The whole.e procedure was over in an hour, following Duncan’s advice for the next week the compression stocking were put in place, but one of very importance.
My follow up treatment was just as successful and very supportive.
I was recommended to you by my Wife’s friend Jenny who had a similar treatment carried out by Duncan, she was highly satisfied, so there’s nothing bettythen a recommendation.
I would certainly have no doubts in recommending this treatment to any of my friends.

From initial telephone contact to…
From initial telephone contact to completion of the procedure the service was excellent. I attended the Birmingham centre under the care of Doctor Vishwanath. I almost enjoyed the procedures because the team were so friendly and talkative. The friendly informality of the team, even allowing my son in the room during a procedure, made it relaxing and interesting. My legs were extremely ugly with very large varicose veins and the results after the healing are incredible and have exceeded my expectations. I did find that the discomfort after the main procedure lasted longer and was a bit more painful than I expected. I also thought that treatment represented good value for money compared to previous quotes I had received.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. My doctor Dexter was very professional from the start and explained everything to me about the procedure and what he was doing throughout the treatment. Both nurses were lovely as well. The lady on the reception was also very friendly and welcoming

The consultant was excellent- explained the procedure and I felt very confident with him . Was very pleased with the outcome and could only give praise and thanks to him in the edinburgh vein centre. The nurse and receptionist were also very friendly and caring.

Kind and professional
Really kind consultant nurse and receptionist. Everything explained well and I felt very comfortable when having scan.
I felt nervous but no need at all after appointment I felt confident to go ahead. So I am booked in to start my treatment.

Car park very limited but was able to park across road. Receptionist very helpful and my consultation was very professional and seemed thorough. Treatment was discussed and able to book the next appointment within a month.

Tunbridge Wells Clinic
The staff were all friendly and made me fill completely comfortable. I had my first treatment in December 2025 and follow up treatment February 2026. The treatment was at the Tunbridge Wells clinic by Dr Leto Mailli who was very professional. I,am writing this now because 6months later I can see a complete difference in my leg. This is roughly the timescale that was explained to me at the consultation before surgery.
Would highly recommend the Veincentre.

Wonderful service at Veincentre Stoke
Wonderful service at Veincentre Stoke. Professional and friendly team. Dr Devaraj and Liz put me at ease throughout my consultation, procedure and follow up. I have purchased my first pair of shorts for the gym which I can confidently wear not conscious of my legs anymore.

If you have to go, having a problem with your veins, this is the place to go.
There was easy and free parking.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The consultant was very friendly and explained everything that he did.
Overall I was very happy with my appointment.

Friendly staff , Tracey at the front desk was lovely.
Navin the consultant was so polite and explained things , he wasn’t pushy at all. The nurse and the other doctor ( sorry can’t remember names) were also kind and professional. Everyone put you at ease & we had a laugh. Couldn’t fault a thing.
